This was our first time at La Cazuela and we loved it. We started with corn ribs and drinks. I had 1 Sangarita and that was all I needed. The food was amazing and the service was amazing too. Everything was seasoned to perfection. With a family of 4 our bill wasn’t bad either. We will definitely be going back soon!

Their service was bad , waited an hour to be seated then we ordered two chicken rice bowls, they didn’t bring us our cheese sauce , sour cream , or guacamole that came with it , on top of that the bowl was salty and disgusting it was basically worse than Taco Bell. Canned beans , two spoons of rice , and nasty shredded chicken that missed our toppings. Honestly just don’t go there they don’t know how to make food.

Greeted by staff and sat quickly for dinner. Chips and salsa brought to the table. Salsa is the soup variety and tasted fine. Chips were fresh. Main dishes were just not good. Ingredients in Burrito tasted like it was all boiled, no seasoning. Lemon garlic tilapia was fine just way too much garlic, chewier than I like. Small picky detail but the server sleeve shirt had. Large hole. Service was okay. When leaving the a couple of staff sitting on entry bench playing on their phones – didn’t bother to look up as we left.
Might return one day but won’t go out of my way.

Had my daughter’s grad dinner here this past Friday. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was superior. The staff was so helpful, professional and personable. I have loved La Cazuela’s food for years but I have fallen in love with this new management team! The staff and upgrades to the main dining area- Beautiful exposed brick, excellent food and service at a great price! I recommend this place every chance I get!

We came for lunch on a Saturday around 2:30pm and it wasn’t too crowded. We sat at the bar and got immediate service. Our drinks, chips and main meal came out quick! The food looked really good and we were very happy with the quality as well as the portion size… my only complaint is that it tasted bland(no salt!)…nothing a little hot sauce couldn’t fix tho. Def worth a try….7.5/10

I have been coming here for years. Food is always fairly fast, fresh, and decently priced. I heard they recently were acquired by new owners and almost all of the new staff is gone. Went with the family to try it out Sunday and we were disappointed. Service was slow and just not what is used to be. Our server was nice and attentive. It was not her fault. Spoke to the manager about an issue with the air conditioning blowing on us (it was like 30 degrees outside) and she could’ve cared less. It was so cold our food cooled off instantly. I hope they can survive this new transition.

First getting there the atmosphere was very unsatisfying it was very hot inside. We ordered our kids food 15 minutes before we ordered our food so they could eat first 2 plates didn’t make it out until after our food and had to find management because our server wasn’t attentive at all. The place was not busy at all it was just meglect and poor service oh yeah don’t forget they added a 20% gratuity on to the bill I don’t mind tipping but the service was poor and food was decent. We will not return we have been coming for years. This new management is completely blind to what it takes to run a successful restaurant

The renovation is too open, and not as intimate as before. We went to this restaurant halloween night, It was amazing as always. Little did we know that would be our last night dining in the real LaCazuela,that we have loved for several years.
A couple of weeks ago , we had the worst restaurant experience. Our food did not come out until after closing time and didn’t inform us they were out of beans until plates were being brought out. We were a split family and our bills were both mixed up. Had to ask for credit back for the missing beans. The manager was extremely rude(Shirley?) And not apologetic in any sense. Horrible customer service. I feel bad for the wait staff who endured all the change, and basically thrown to the wolves, but they also have a lot to learn when it comes to hospitality. We will have to find a new family favorite because I know this place won’t last under this new management.

This is a beautiful place with a truly professional and polite staff. I had the Fajita bar. It was delicious and the young ladies were so kind. Everything arrived on time with a smile. I really appreciated the effort of the staff, it was a busy night, but they didn’t skip a beat. I’ll definitely be returning.
