Everybody was smiling. It seemed like they enjoy themselves while working. Even the person that I called and talked to when I made my reservations was so nice.
The place is set up so cute, very bright, almost elegant and very spacious. Very clean bathrooms .Great location . Hidden gem. I can’t wait to try it out again and order off the regular menu. Nice job Kim.
Food was horrible! Hubby had a Maurice salad, I had Bok choy. I was sick from the bok choy all the next day. We will never go back!
Last week I decided to give it another try, with a friend, and I must say that I was absolutely impressed. The menu had some amazing options and the portion sizes were perfect. Our waitress was great. The prices were absolutely reasonable given the cost of everything these days matched with the quality and portion sizes. This place has totally stepped it up and boy am I glad that I gave it another try.
Our dinner started with a bread plate. I’m not exactly sure what kind of bread it is but it was delish – the prefect blend of a little sweet and a little savory. I had the Zoodles & Chicken (I got shrimp instead of chicken) and Bruschetta. My friend got a Maurice Salad. I had some kind of cucumber cocktail (I don’t remember what it was called – sorry) and it was very refreshing. For dessert I had coconut cake. Everything was absolutely on point!
On a side note, the inside of the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. I’m not sure whether it’s an option or not but this place would be an amazing location to have a wedding or any other formal event. There’s plenty of seating, a beautiful bar, lots of room for dancing and an incredible outdoor area.
Needless to say, while I may not have recommended this restaurant a couple of years ago, I most definitely would now.
