I loved the self-order kiosk! It accepts cash! The one at my local location doesn’t have that feature. The drivethru seemed to be setup better for when you have to park, to wait for food too. Very nice. The food was hot and fresh, and delicious.

starting off with why don’t you guys ever pick up the phone, second of all why are my fry’s always overcooked?? THIRD, why are you guys ALWAYS forgetting atleast somthing. i’m always having to run back and get my missing item, and when i have already left i will try and call and get no answer on my behalf, very upsetting after i’ve already been charged for it. fire mcchickens can’t lie, but seriously this is getting so out of pocket considering the fact you are one of TWO “bigger” fast food restaurants in molalla.

It honestly feels like an inside joke at this point that the sauces you order — and pay for — never make it into the bag. If you’re lucky enough to receive all the food you ordered, you can almost guarantee the sauces will be missing.
This has been an ongoing issue for years, but tonight’s experience was especially disappointing. When I asked for the three sauces I paid for, the employee brought only one. I politely explained that I had ordered three, and she returned with just one more. When I again stated that I paid for three sauces, she appeared annoyed, slammed the window, and eventually handed me the third one without even acknowledging me and acted so annoyed.
I don’t understand why something as simple as including paid items in an order continues to be such a struggle. Customers should not have to repeatedly ask for items they have already purchased. I was raised to give 100% effort in any job, and the lack of basic attention to customer service here is honestly mind-blowing.

Its mc donalds, this particular location seems to skimp on sauce and commonly forgets items. They are also not open 24h as they advertise on google. Apart from that its exactly what you would expect from other locations, good for a quick bite.

I gotta tell you, I don’t eat McDonalds, only their fries, I love em! So, I drove thru the Molalla McDonalds to grab my Grandson a Happy Meal last week, and there was a large line of cars there, I placed my order , drove to the pay window and by the time I got to the next window it was open and my order was waiting for me. It was hot, and the nice lady had a beautíful smile on her face for me also. They are amazing!!! 2 thumbs up Molalla McDonalds,!!

11pm, Drove from Silverton to Molalla, cause even though it says open 24/7, Silverton was closed. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal with one request, add Mac sauce. Proceed to wait 15 minutes for the one other person waiting to receive food. My food came as soon as I pulled up. I received what looked to be a single patty between some buns, with onion pickle and Mac sauce. Patty was overdone and had a literal burnt peice of crud, that I’m hoping was grease, hanging onto it. I felt bad feeding the patty to my dog as I watched him toughly chew through it.

Well what can I say about Molalla McDonald’… it ain’t much. I remember this when it place first opened 20 years ago, and it’s gone down in the standards they hold. The best McDonald’s around is the one right off the I5 freeway in Woodburn, they’re so fast and always polite and 95% of the time they get everything made well. Molalla?…I’d say 50% of the time is as best as they can get. I always have to sit at the window and check my bag of food for correct items, and half the time something is wrong..fries are stail, n chicken sandwich barely has mayo, or damn near no lettuce. Come one people, fools is so expensive these days, at least pretend you’re offering some thing of value, not just a feed bag to the masses.

I went to McDonald’s at about 10:30pm, and I ordered online and went through the drive through. When receiving my food the worker was blatantly rude and we didn’t get out complete order.
