We went through the drive-thru and ordered four kids’ meals. The food came out hot and fresh. The fries and chicken tenders were both hot, though I do think the tenders could use a bit more seasoning. The Cane’s sauce was as delicious as always. Overall, it was a quick, convenient snack, and we appreciated the fast and friendly service!

They need to change the container for the to go order, they use the foam that can’t resist the heat. It’s burning, I barely ate it.

Worst place to go to get chicken.. the chicken is blander then white paint, the price is way to high for what you get. Fast food. Yeah it take them 20mins to get your orde . The crew members there are kids that play too much. There is no management it seems if there is they need to do a better job. Just go to KFC or Popeyes for better chicken

Just wow. Rising Canes has become money greedy. I went in today to order just a chicken sandwich and the price went up from a week ago. A week it was about $5 today it’s nearly $9 and this is just the sandwich not the meal. Just look at price jump in all there foods. And if you think Canes is not a mo ey hungry pig. Extra cane sauce is 79cents. But if you buy a Canes coin for $1 you get a free Canes sauce. Yea that might not sound like much just 21 cents but that 21 cents extra this company is making off of you. I’m sorry but it’s bad enough that Canes sell non season bland chicken but now they have jacked up the price and over charging 21 cents more for extra sauce that is 79cent yeah no thank you canes

Always a good experience. The food is delicious. The service is above average. The restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is comfortable. Loved the Frosty the Snowman theme this Christmas season. Keep up the great work!

i just left. the female who was working the second window – at 2:30 july 14 is extremely rude. i’m converting my drink is wrong. with an attitude as im talking she shuts the window in my face. i try to let her know when opening the window back how rude that was and she does it again ! as i’m speaking.

Chicken is half the size that it used to be. You get a lot less fries as well. I have no issue paying more, as the prices have gone up, but I expect the food to remain the same.

Fresh and hot. We have figured out that eating in is always your best option. Unfortunately, you may not get the same size fingers and fresh, hot fries through the drive-thru. The quality has gone down to some degree compared to when they 1st opened, but my granddaughter likes Cane’s and it’s still a great fast food meal for the price, and the service is always very good.

Order accurate taking one more thing off the to do list Caniac three finger sandwich all good hot… Lemonade delicious…Place always clean. The size seems to have shrunk they are short and thick instead of long and thick.
