Well i now remember why I quit going to tacobell. Not only has tacobell jacked up their prices but the quality of food has gone way down. I ordered 3 chicken quesadilla, 4 soft tacos with only meat & cheese and a side of chips & cheese. We won’t even discuss how a simple small bag of chips and half a cup of cheese is $3.29. Let’s talk about how i paid $6.19 for each quesadilla and basically only got half a quesadilla not a single one was portioned properly nor had any of the creamy jalapeño sauce so they were all dry and gross. Also 0 out of 3 were even cooked long enough none of the cheese was melted and the outside was barely cooked. Idk what’s going on but I really just want a refund that’s crazy what I paid and the food I got. What a rip off!!! My Quesadillas looks nothing like the advertisement . Let me also say I dont expect it to be perfect I understand it is fast food but this is unacceptable!!!

Went to TB tonight and the two girl inside were fantastic. I think ones name was Stephanie and the other girl was a dark skinned girl looked maybe Latina, either way those two ladies held it down even with the rush, mobil orders, drive thru and dinning room they were very polite and took care of some issue that came about with my order. They had lots of patience and multitasking like a pro. I have never had the service like I did tonight at our local TB it was the best experience ever. They deserve to be noticed.

Generally, I tend to have decent experiences at this location, but today I stopped by to pick up an online order. Gave the clerk my name, was told they were working on my order. 40 minutes later, it hadn’t yet come out, so I checked my app to see if I placed it at the right location because another customer nearby suggested it. Turns out that I didn’t, so I wasted 40 minutes waiting at a location that never got my order. Normally I’d chalk this up to me being an idiot, but NOBODY checked to make sure my order actually came to this location and instead they let me sit there getting more and more frustrated with every minute that ticked by.

Ordered food through DoorDash and the store took almost an hour to make the food and the driver had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Food itself is good but the service not so much!

I hate to have to leave a review like this, but I want to raise awareness for anyone else that might visit. I stopped by this morning to order a steak breakfast quesadilla. Apparently, they did not have enough steak to fill the quesadilla. Instead of just telling me that and letting me pick something else, they filled it with half steak and half sausage. I assume they thought I wouldn’t notice. It’s just disappointing that they would try to sneak that by and not be honest. I wouldn’t care that much if there wasn’t a price difference, but I overpaid for what I received. Bummer. Won’t go back.

40 mins for a mobile order I say there watched people order there food knowing I’d placed my food 10 minutes ahead of time and watched everyone else get served to find out my order was just not being filled it was being skipped and stared at like it wasn’t a problem when I’d been there for over 30 mins by the workers

Same as with every other fast food place around here, employees were too busy having whispered conversations to actually listen to the person ordering in the drive thru. I was asked 3 time if that was it and Answered 3 times that i wanted a freeze and the 3rd time i said a freeze and a drink and they only heard the drink. So i had to ask yet again for the freeze. When i pulled around to the window two employees were whispering to each other, i wasn’t greeted, wasn’t thanked, was barely acknowledged.

If you don’t know any better you would think the place was closed that’s why I put the picture of the entrance off of 521, it’s in that shopping center where Papa John’s is. The food was incredible the employees were very helpful and courteous store was immaculate the service was fast and everything you ordered was in the bag.
If you’re looking for some good taco Bell this is the place to go.
