Came for lunch, first window to pay i usually have a lady that is super sweet and instantly gives me a thumbs up at the drive thru and that’s it. other lady today ignored when i pulled up so i assumed i was good today before she stuck her head out the window and yelled at me for not stopping. other ways to handle that. second window the girl was sweet. loved her. she handed me my things quickly and told me to have a wonderful day.

We just attempted to go through the drive through at this McDonald’s today at 11:35am. The person working the window told my husband: “you need to speak more efficiently”, after he ordered two meals. She told him he cut out and she couldn’t understand him.

I understand if he cut out. She could have been polite and noted, ” Sorry, sir, can you repeat your order? You cut out.”

But to say: “you need to speak more efficiently”. Sorry, this is unacceptable in a customer service position.

Perhaps she needs to move to a position that does not interact with the public, as she presents as bitter and exasperated.

Thanks for being super polite, Wendy’s!

Ok. I’m not sure how to rate a McDonald’s based a drive through experience, I’ll do my best. This particular restaurant is nowhere near where I live, was halfway between two points during a recent trip, is usually never open when I’m traveling because I prefer driving at night. On top of that, this was only my 2nd visit to a McDonald’s this year because I’ve all but given up on the franchise. That being said, I arrived about 20 minutes before closing after stopping locally for fuel. McDonald’s fries are notorious for quickly becoming cold and limp and that was my expectation, that I would be getting the remnants of other orders from the previous two hours. No. The window opens and I’m greeted by someone who looks like they’re ready to go home but the voice doesn’t project that tone. “I’m sorry, we put down a fresh batch of fries for you so it will be a few more minutes.” I’m almost embarrassed, but I’m thinking, hot crisp fries, I’m starving and would have eaten the wormy fries… Ok. And she notices my loud verbally belligerent 80lbs German Shepherd pup that I’m unsuccessfully trying to hush. “Aw, it’s okay he’s young…”
The order is handed to me with a smile, and I dig into my… hot, crispy, perfectly salted fries. They hit the spot. The root beer, I’m not a snob but I am particular and I don’t like to pay for a watered down drink. Hmm, someone has been keeping tabs on the syrup tanks because it was also perfect. All that’s left is the chicken tenders that McDonald’s has brought back with an odd batter that’s not as crispy as the previous recipe. But again, I’m expecting cold, dry, short bit remnants of previous orders. As I’m driving along the highway, reaching into the bag, I’m palpating and measuring the size of each tender. Four full-sized pieces, hot, tender and moist. I have written some scathing reviews of other shops in the past that can’t seem to put a good meal together under better circumstances and since returning home I’ve been looking forward to writing this review so that I could thank the people at this shop for not letting the clock get into your heads, for sending out a perfect order through your window as if customer satisfaction and pride of work are still notions that we care about. For being kind and considerate at a time when you were likely finished or nearly finished cleaning up and closing down early. I wish I could have turned around to thank you personally but I was already miles down the road when the pup and I had finished the meal and you certainly would have been closed by the time I got back. The meal hit the spot and so did your courtesy. Whoever you were, all of you who were still in the shop, thank you. I hope someone from your district reads through the reviews because they need to see this and applaud you for making them look good. Again, Thank You

When a customer says a plain beef patty for her dog and emphasizes plain, don’t sell me a patty smothered in onions that are TOXIC to dogs. This is serious. The patty I took home, I dropped the box and she grabbed it. I smelled and seen onions. ONIONS KILL BY MAKING RED BLOOD CELLS IN DOGS DAMAGE OR BURST FROM TOXIC COMPOUNDS IN ONIONS REDUCING OXYGEN TRANSPORT IN A DOG. Plain patty means plain.

First off, she SAID the wrong order. I told her the right order. She looked me IN MY FACE and said “oh yeah thats what i meant to say” and then we had to go back in TWICE because no, it wasnt what she meant to say. It was the wrong order. And when it was replaced the first time, they got it wrong. So it was replaced again. My meal, maybe, was made three times. And trust, when i finally got the correct order, u best believe the chicken was under cooked and the burgers were dry. This mcdonalds is SADDDDD and their workers are so weird.

I felt like I wasted my time and money. The food was not good and way to salty. When I told the waitress she didn’t seem to care. I won’t go back.
