Went there this morning for a big order. The person taking the order and payment was great but not so much the food. My son’s cheese roll up had hardly any cheese on it and was completely flat. The chicken cantina burrito was lacking some of the other ingredients that were meant to be inside and was sloppy. The steak burrito was completely flat and had only like four pieces of steak in it. It mainly was a combination of rice and shredded cheese but was not very much of it. The black bean burrito was complete flat as well. I only had one car eventually approach behind me so there was no rush of throwing everything barely together to get it out the window. I would have rather of been pulled up and received well put together food that’s worth the money. Todays food wasn’t even worth half of what I spent there.

Whoever was working the drive-thru tonight was completely unprofessional. Their attitude was nasty, communication was poor, and they were extremely rude. The customer service standards here have really gone downhill…please do better when hiring for customer-facing positions.
I said “thank you” multiple times during my visit and didn’t receive a single response…not once, but three separate times. I understand it can get busy, but that’s no excuse for disrespect. On top of that, I was told to “park out front” when there were already 5–6 cars waiting there. When I asked for clarification on where to go, I was met with even more attitude. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Sunday, February 15th, 2026 after 6pm, I order my family and I food. We had to wait for our boxes. Didn’t get nacho cheese in any of them and they gave me the completely wrong burrito.

The girl at the window didn’t like when I got an attitude back to her after she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I came back through the drive thru after they got my order wrong. Then they said they weren’t going to ring me up for saying that she needs to check her attitude. Trash employees.

I pulled up to the drive thru, the girl on the speaker said go ahead with your order, so I close my taco bell app with my check in code, I thought they were supposed to ask for it and let me use it, so I order 2 soft tacos, and am told that I have to use exact change or credit card, I said ok, let me get 2 large nacho fries, girl on the speaker said “we ain’t got fries” I asked why not? She responded “cuz we dont have them” I asked ” than why are they on the menu?” And her response was “cuz we ran out” why not just lead with that? If as a consumer and customer who’s average order for my family of 4 is always above $40, why can’t I get some professionalism, or courtesy? I would call the store, but this is not the first time they have made me put my car in reverse and drive to McDonald’s 2 miles away just because they were rude and incompetent. I’ve blasted them on Facebook a few times, and mangers just blow smoke up my rear, They won’t ever get another dime from me!!!

I made my order online and paid extra to have steak added to my quesadilla, when I called the manager told me she made my food and remembered putting steak in it and tried to argue with me instead of just offering to replace it. This is the worst ran store constant issues with the food. The employees have bad attitudes most of the time except for a select few. Will be driving the extra few miles to go to the store in grand blanc from now on.

I got what I ordered, and it was quick enough. However, out of the last three times I’ve eaten there twice they hadn’t changed their fryer oil often enough for the Mexican pizzas not to taste awful. The one I received this evening was so bad it wasn’t edible at all.

I usually have very good service at this particular location, and the food order is almost always correct. I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and have found mostly pleasant workers inside and at the drive-thru. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this particular location, except for the enormous potholes getting in and out of the South Flint Plaza. The entire parking lot could use some work.
