This morning, I visited this McDonald’s with three friends, and our experience was very disappointing and concerning. One of my friends ordered an Egg, Sausage, and Cheese McMuffin and found a bone inside the sandwich. It almost broke his teeth, and the bone got stuck between them, causing real discomfort.
We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sandwich. Unfortunately, when the replacement sandwich arrived, it had another bone in it again. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
On top of that, the hash browns we ordered were extremely oily and poorly prepared. When we brought these issues to the management’s attention, they did not take the situation seriously or show proper concern.
Food safety should be a top priority. Finding bones in food twice in one visit is dangerous and unacceptable. Because of this experience and the lack of proper response from management, I would not recommend eating at this location.

I am rating this McDonald’s relative to other McDonald’s. The service was fast and the food was allergen safe, which is the benchmark for all McDonald’s in my book. However, they forgot to include the sauces we ordered and the promotional golden chicken sandwich had pickles, which I didn’t order, and had so little golden sauce that I didn’t even think it was there until I got a little bit on one bite halfway through the sandwich. That being said, I may go again, because the allergen safety of McDonald’s still remains unparalleled.

Overall not bad, not great. Food was cooked fresh. The seating area needed a quick cleaning; random napkins on the floor and tables, dried soda spills on some tables and floor.
Due to the decline in kids’ behavior, this location has recently initiated a rule that no one under 18 is allowed to eat in the restaurant without a chaperone at least 21 years old. And yes, they lock the entrance and customers must ring a door bell to be allowed in. During this visit I didn’t see anyone get carded, but no one looked under 18 either.

Every other fast food place just requires you tell them your name and the order of cars lets them know which car gets the correct order. McD’s has this tedious process of having to give them a code that the person at the drive thru demands in order to get your food. “Somebody might be stealing your food” they say! Well the problem is that none of them seem to be able to use the comm device which leads to having to repeat this illustrious code 3,4, or 5 times because the code is two letters and two numbers. Which almost always cause a problem being comprehended which makes it appear the staff is too incompetent to use their headsets correctly. I’m done going to any store that causes this issue because they are so legalistic about this stupid code. On top of that this breeds an attitude of poor service among staff where they become rude, childish and belligerent.

One of the cleanest and well decorated McDonald’s I’ve ever seen: the floors were spotless. Drink station was fully stocked with cups, lids, napkins, straws etc which isn’t always a given.
Every table had a flower centerpiece.
The only drawback was a really noisy fries machine that could be heard in the dining room every time the timer went off but other than that, amazingly clean! I was shocked!

The food is just fine. The staff is pleasant and kind as a whole. But the service is unbelievably slow. Like no-one at the front cashier for 8 minutes slow. We watched the manager roam around the cook area looking completely lost. Not guiding any employees or making things smoother – just lost. There’s another McDonald’s just a block down the road. Definitely go to the other one.

I placed a large order and had to go to the drive up. I cannot tell you how kind and sweet and caring Blanca was. I would come back to restaurant

I live very close to this McDonald’s so me and my friend went in to order some food yesterday and were utterly shocked and disappointed with the service. We looked at the menu for a bit and we were stared down by the gentleman in the blue shirt (who we assumed was the manager) the entire time. Eventually we went to the register as the same guy glared at us from where he was standing without saying anything for a good minute. Confused, we asked if he could take our order and he begrudgingly walked over after letting a minute pass without saying a word or acknowledging us. Eventually we told him our orders and asked him questions about the meal and instead of speaking to us he would just make faces so we said we’re good and left. As we were leaving he starts yelling something at us and laughing or talking to someone in the back and laughing as he kept leaning over to watch us leave. I have genuinely never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The staff was at best, extremely unprofessional and at worst straight up bullying customers. Now it makes sense that we didn’t see anyone else eating there. If you want to be treated like a decent human being and not be basically harassed and dehumanized by the staff when you’re just trying to order DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I gave 5 starts 2 years ago. Today I had an experience with the cashier (the gentleman with yellow glasses). He refused to adjust my order after I asked him 5 times and he ignored it. This is totally unacceptable. I had to stop, get into the store and make the right order. So rude and unprofessional.
Update: in my last visits I didn’t see the the same cashier.

This McDonalds is awful. The staff is so unbelievably rude. It always takes forever and they never have the order correct. My last and final attempt at this McDonald’s was chicken nuggets and some fries and they gave me less than half the container of fries. I would literally go to any other location besides this one.
