We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to try the Wendy’s Grilled Chicken Wrap. I asked to add tomato which was a nice free upgrade. Food was prepared quickly, accurately, and professionally. The female cashier on 10/22/25 around 8 pm was amazing and should be considered for a management role.

Service was great today. My toddler loves cats, and the cashier, Tyler, picked up on that right away. He took the time to look for one of the cat Frosty toys to include with her kids meal. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day! Visit was on 11/28 around 6:30 pm.

My breakfast baconator was tasty. I ordered it using rewards points, and when I arrived they said they didn’t see my order at first. Apparently they were having issues with orders created from redeemed rewards points. They do have nice seating options inside, as well as some picnic tables outside.

I stopped for a quick cheeseburger and while in line I witnessed a worker working the fries station with no gloves touching the fries every time she picked them up having to shake the salt from her fingers so I ask the manager and he said they are not required too and then I see who ever cooks the burgers use there bare hands to seperate the frozen pattys does this not gross anybody out?

Went there for late lunch around 1:30-2:00. The restaurant was empty. Ordered 2 burgers, a fry and a drink. Condiments were left off the burgers and had to return to the counter. Food was hot and fries were good. My wife’s stomach got upset from her burger. They did have a new employee in training so I allow for that. If I lived in the area I would probably try them again. Staff was very friendly.

Prices on their menu are wrong. On the board it says the prices are for medium combos but theyre actually for a small. I’ve worked fast food so Im always extra nice and I wasn’t upset but they refused to honor the price on the menu and the guy was getting really short with me. Not mad at him specifically, im sure it’s a management issue & they won’t let them change it because they always refuse to. If I wasn’t using a gift card I would have left. The food was stale as hell and I ended up throwing half away anyway (3pm). At the least they got my order right but I will not be going back. I’m sure they get it all day long because they’re all like this now but it never changes and they always refuse to make it right. Why should I pay more than what your menu says when it’s already overpriced. False advertising

I just went in and saw that marvelous baconator picture, so I decided I was gonna have it. Guess what? The bacon was so soft and grassy that could barely taste it. Maybe there was not even bacon at all. Actually I don’t know what they call it baconator. For those of you that like bacon like me, don’t fall for it. Check pictures below

The AI bot that takes your order made them charge me more, 3.49 more for a baked potato. When it was my side of choice. I did not order fries, but got them. I had no baked potato nor straw. Nor chips for my Taco salad. When I went back, they did offer me frosty It was around 3:20 busy traffic time on Stingtown Rd. In Grove City. Not going there anytime soon. Prices went up, size has shrunk. Not worth the price or trouble

I went to the drive thru after spending the day in the hospital with my Mom who got a bad diagnosis and all I wanted to do was get her something to eat and go home. AI came on, cutting off the menu I was reading and when I asked for the menu back, it didnt know what to do and continued trying to take my order. I called it an idiot and the human came over the speaker and yelled at me telling me I cant talk to their AI like that. And I told her what happened and why I said what I said and started reading the menu to my Mom and she told me to leave. She defended a robot and lost a customer. I tried to file a complaint online but that cant be done without knowing the store number and the corporate office doesn’t have a voicemail option after hours. So be nice to the AI everyone, if you want to continue to eat at wendys because they value technology more than the humans who keep them in business.
