I went here after work and got a big mac and a quarter pounder with cheese. I got all the way home and went to eat with my girlfriend only to realize that there is no big mac at all, and the quarter pounder was hard and black and burnt. So i brought it back and nicely told them about what happened, and they gave me a new bag of food l, so i went home and opened the bag and there was a big mac that looked good, but then i open the quarter pounder and see that its literally burnt black again. This isnt the first time or the second time ive had problems with this McDonald’s either. My last problem i had with them i made a pickup order online and paid for it and it was pouring rain out and i was at my buddies down the road and i got there about 15 minutes after i placed the order and they said they had thrown it away already and that they couldnt refund me and to try to come back the next day to solve it, their reason they threw it away was because it was 4 minutes after breakfast was done and said we took to long and so we tried to come back there atleast 15 times and get our money refunded but each timr they had a reason why they couldn’t do it or about half the times we tried to get it resolved they said we would have to wait and eventually it will get refunded and that was a 30$ order that never did end up getting refunded. If you look in the picture you can see how awful that quarter pounder looks, and how they just threw three pickles almost on top of each other and then the other pickle is on the other side at least, but this just looks nasty and dry and just as bad as the first one that I got if not worse. I went to pick it up and look at the other side and it was so dry and old that it literally just broke apart. But when I had called the lady working, a short skinny woman who usually works night shift, she told me that it was freshly made and that it’s too late to get a new one now because they’re cleaning up for the night. How hard would it have been to just make me a new quarter pounder when they literally closed about 5 minutes before I called. She then rancid on telling me that I should not accuse her of giving out the same quarter pounder because that is just nasty… But really what’s nasty is the food that I just paid for and wasted two trips going back to the store to get our order right. Highly don’t recommend going to the store, and if you do, make sure that you check and see if everything is there and not only that open up the wrapping or box and make sure it doesn’t look like it’s been sitting there for hours all nasty and dry.

Everytime I go here, I ask for Extra Extra Caramel drizzle and get charged 4 times.
It’s a poor coffee Frappe. Barley any caramel in there.

Edit: went back to Mc. Donalds for Mocha Frappe and this is with Extra Mocha. Yup just that bit on the top.

Ordered a large soda in the drive thru, and they gave me a medium, but they put the medium cup inside of a large cup. Idk if they thought I wouldn’t notice or what but seriously irritating. Not cool at all.

Stop eating here. Not this specific one, McDonald’s in general. The food is not worth the price, or the time it takes to get it. The McDonald’s corporation is terrible which makes it hard for franchise owners, especially when they approve another location 4 blocks away. All that aside, buy a burger, take it home, let it sit. Doesn’t matter how long. Let it sit.

AUTUMN’S SERENDIPITY
Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of the regular spicy sandwich with no extra sauce. This is not acceptable because how am I suppose to eat this??? It looks like the person did this on purpose and when I order the regular sandwich without extra sauce the sandwich is so dry with little to no sauce. This is the worst sandwich made ever because extra sauce does not mean an explosive mess. This was ordered today just about 10 mins ago.

Edit: This is a picture of my friend ordering the same thing with extra sauce and she is considered a valued customer since she eats there a lot. The mistreatment of a regular customer over a valued customer is unbelievable.

Had ordered food online my wife went and picked them up and I asked her to get mustard and mayo packets but they told her you gotta pay for it never once in my life have I heard of a McDonald’s charge for sauce packets so I called the store and asked for them to put them in they did but when my wife got home she was upset because they were laughing at her because I called so now she’s mad and I’m pissed
