May is an absolute amazing person. With only 2 people working with long wait times, she dealt with several angry customers with a smile on her face, apologizing, and offering upgraded drinks for the wait. My husband and I sat in the lobby. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Everything was fresh and great. May, keep up the good work. Some people see how hard you were working and trying!

The food, 3 piece chicken meal, was super fresh. I had to wait to eat it so it could cool down. The service at the drive thru was also very fast. As to how it was, you either like the food they serve or you don’t. To me, the only way it’s ever bad if it’s warm/cold instead of fresh from the fryer.

We spent an hour in the drive through line. We had one person take our money and then we watched her drive away. No one came back to the window. I went inside, after knocking repeatedly on the window with no response. There were easily 15 people lined up inside waiting for food with no employees visible. When the employee finally showed up, she tried to take our order. When we expressed our frustration we were told there were only two people working and we needed to give them time to cook the food. The shrimp in my order had been sitting there by the window since the first employee took our payment. While the fish was hot, the fried shrimp was cold. There was obviously no communication between the different shifts. Overall, the worst service I have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant. I will not be returning

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. They want to keep telling people that the fryers are down and they cannot prepare any food. They have been telling us this for quite some time and don’t order around the time closing they’ll make any excuse eveytime not to take your order plus on top of that you cant ever get ahold of anybody when trying to call the store. This place took my hard working money twice different occasions I want my money back this is ridiculous! Trash people working there, very lazy and are not kind at all!

Ordered online. Arrived and notified the drive thru attendant I had a mobile order. 10 mins later I Arrived at the drive thru window only to be ignored for another 10 mins. After the wait at the window, a young lady came to the window to ask me what my order was. Then proceeded to give me the wrong thing… very disappointed at this location. Communication was poor, order fulfillment was poor and overall service was unfavorable.

All the food was cold. I only got half my order and then to make matter worse i was the only customer it’s not busy AT ALL but they can’t answer the phone to make my order right! I can’t believe they still in business how sluggish production is at this location. I do not recommend i just want my money back at this point i was better off at McDonald’s !!

DISGUSTING!! Waited 30 minutes for garbage. Chicken tasted like pure salt, fish had so much breading on it, it was hard to eat, the hush puppies were absolutely hard as a rock could not even eat them. Green beans were okay but very spicy. Unless you’re going to eat inside I would not recommend going through the drive-thru you’ll never know what you’re going to get!!!!

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru only 3 cars ahead of me. They were out of fries and tartar sauce. The fish was dirty looking and the 3 pieces of chicken was one deformed clump of fried dough Cole slaw looked old and wilted. I was told they don’t have any more oil that’s why the fish and chicken looks burnt. I was offered a refund which I hurriedly took. Worst Long John’s ever!

We went in to eat and employees were in back and had to be called several times for help .The coleslaw was bad( like water). Three people inside complained. The cocktail sauce was rancid and only an inch in the bottom of dispenser.The place was filthy. No toilet paper.over flowing garbage inside and out. Shorted us food and while we were there only 3 people inside and 1 at the drive thru and everyone of them got shorted also.

We ended up with fish that didn’t even have the breading cooked all the way. Also there is only one person inside working the whole entire restaurant which means it took us over half an hour to get our food through the drive-thru since obviously the inside was closed.
