Food at dairy queen has lacked in the past years. They use to have really good chicken and gravy, and now they tenders are much smaller. The ice cream at this location was not frozen like it should have been, and my blizzard was dripping to where you could not turn it upside down. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere what awesome. Food quality is lacking and needs to improve. What that is gonna take to happen, I am not sure. Its not just this location that has the issues it many. Dairy Queen staff you are great it has nothing to do with you. It all comes down to the quality of the food, and it was not up to the standard that Dairy Queen puts or b has put out in the past. Keep up the amazing job staff.

I stopped here on 1/3/25 @1:13 pm no one was in the drive through I Ordered 2 for $7 double cheese burgers with extra pickles and ketchup I had to pay $0.10 each for the extra pickles, well I got 6 pickles! I noticed Someone a month ago got 4 pickles I don’t know if they ordered extra or not but if I paid 10 cents for 2 stinkin pickles And this is what they looked like when I opened them, “notice” all the ketchup was in the wrapper and not on the sandwich So I was kind of disappointed with the mess they left me called

Pretty grim spot – I had not been to DQ in decades and it seems to have changed for the worse. Chicken tenders were highly industrial, the chili dog was small and not great, milkshake was fine. This spot is also sad, with sad customers and sad employees. Go somewhere else

Came in here November 16th to get an Ice Cream Cake…. Service is a bit slow. Staff members are basic, not rude, but not really pleasant. There was little to nothing for cake selections… it was a joke. We got blizzards instead..

I’m beyond annoyed with this dairy queen. Ordered 2 cookie jar blizzards ( Oreo and cookie dough mixed) got home only to fine out they never mixed our blizzards. I had to scrap out the ice cream and mix it myself. I did take pictures and did in fact go back the next day and speak to a manager he did correct the problem and replaced them for me. He’s blanking it on the new people he just hired . Word to the wise if you go to this dairy queen check your blizzards before leaving!!!!!!!

I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I’ve received at this location. The young girl working the drive-thru (8:39pm June 28th) seems completely unprepared or unwilling to do her job properly, not to mention the eye rolling. The past two times I’ve come through, my Blizzard was handed to me completely melted, it was literally soup. This is unacceptable. If I’m paying nearly $10 for ice cream, the absolute minimum I expect is that it’s made correctly and served in the right condition. I understand things can get busy, but this is basic quality control and customer service. Please address this, because it’s honestly unbelievable how careless the service has been lately.

I do know that a couple of times I’ve been here, there have been a lot of people in lines, and hardly any staff and I turned around and left when it was clear that even getting someone to take my order was going to be a challenge.
Beyond that though, the food and ice cream seems to be made like its supposed to be, comparable to other places, and I have no real complaints about it, getting what I am supposed to be getting. If I wanted better, I would go to someone that serves better quality, but for the occasional quick fix, especially those times of year when the better seasonal only places aren’t open yet, they do ok.
More could be done with the dining room, but its standard Dairy Queen as simple and as basic as possible, nothing beyond the norm or worse either.
