Tanner was great. We appreciated the customer service, the food, and the fun vibe. We saw their Best of State award and chose to try a shake. It was amazing! We went with the strawberries tres leches but I look forward to trying other flavors in the future. We loved our experience here and look forward to coming again.

Another overcooked burger. I had a pastrami burger here a few months ago. It was good. This one was overcooked, and only had two little thin slices of pastrami. On top of that… the pastrami smells “off”. The onion rings were burnt. And they battered onion ring skins serving them as “edible” onion rings. We won’t be back.

Found plastic in my shake, that took 10 minutes to get during very slow time. I got the fried zucchini first, and that tasted awful! This place used to be good, but now it tastes terrible and takes way too long to get my order when I’m the only customer there.

Burger was decent, onion rings are great (HUGE!) but the shakes are why you visit! A mini is not so mini. More like a large, and a regular is ginormous. Good ice cream with lots of flavors and mixins.

I love this place, especially for their shakes. The food was good but not four or five stars worthy. But I will always come back because I have never had bad food here.
I got the pastrami burger and my kids got the cheese burger kids meal. My burger was great! But they use shredded lettuce which makes the burger extremely messy. Then the patty was over cooked and tough. Not the best nor the worst pastrami burger.
However their fries are FABULOUS . they had an excellent crunch and they were not soggy like McDonald’s. YUCK . who likes soggy fries anyways .
My first kiddo got a strawberry shake and the other got a root beer shake. The strawberry shake was interesting as the coloring was very red…hmm .. Lots of dye? You can see my picture. But she liked the strawberries in it! The root beer shake was very mild and could have used more flavoring. So maybe one shake and too much and the other too little? But at least we know that when we order a shake here, we get a shake. Unlike Culver’s you might get “milk” instead. That’s happened a couple times to us.

The food is AMAZING… after you wait an eternity to get it. This isn’t an isolated experience. I am leaving this review after having come here over the last year 6 or 7 times. Every time it’s been in the evening at the drive through and I’ve had to wait no less that 30 minutes to get a milk shake. It averages about 7-10 minutes per car served.
I’m posting this so the owners maybe see it and realize that there’s a serious issue. I’ve seen 4 cars give up and leave. I want to love this place but this is a mess and you get trapped in line.
I recommend this place if you have some long conversations you want to have with whoever you’re with.

Stopped for shakes after playing at Rush. Wow the shakes and food are larger than life!!!! For reference we got a kids size and a mini! Both are ginormous! We also tried zucchini fries which were yummy! They gave us at least 2 full zucchini. Each “fry” was a quarter of a zucchini. The chili chess’s fries are also delish! Definitely a great spot to split a shake and a fried treat. 5 of us shared everything and had leftovers!

I had the kids meal with fries, 2 chicken strips, and a drink. I also got a kids shake which was huge btw.
The fries were really good. The chicken was about a 6/10, so not bad, not notable. The shake was a 5/10. It was either the icecream or the toppings, but it had a stale flavor to it.
