It was really nice. It was our first time at his location and it was a vibe. They had it decorated for Valentine’s Day, which I thought was cute…however, we just went for some wings and steak lol. One of the drinks came with the cutest lil pink koala bear which I was sad about cause I left it lol

Great service from the moment one enters to exit. Sara, my server was outstanding; one can not ask for anyone better. Treated every customers with warm smiles, friendly, and knows her stuff. Imagine the duty manager was the one walking around to make sure all customers are good to go. The “Alice Springs Chicken” was on point; there was no need to sauce the side. Chicken grilled to perfection and the added bacons took it to the top.

My server Jameson was good, but I had 2 issues. 1st they had no bread which is one of my favorite reasons to come to outback and was a deciding factor instead of going down the street to Texas Roadhouse. 2nd the price in the menu was not the price on the bill, which is deceptive and dishonest. It has been a while since I have been to an outback and it will be a while before I return.

Outback Steakhouse in La Plata offers a solid selection of steak, seafood, and other dishes in a casual dining atmosphere. Tonight, I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly to my requested temperature. From a food standpoint, everything was great.
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our party of nine was seated from 7:30 to 9:00 PM, and we only saw our server about three times the entire evening. Drink refills were scarce, and it took an unreasonably long time to get to-go boxes—or even to spot our server nearby.
While the food was definitely enjoyable, the service was among the worst I’ve experienced in quite a while. I’d consider giving them another try in the future, but only because the food quality made a strong impression.

Everything was amazing! Are server ROBBIE was attentive, informative, and a very professional server. Couldn’t ask for a better server! Appetizers and drinks came out immediately. Took our orders and made sure they didn’t go in until we were ready for them so we had time to enjoy our appetizers and then the meals came out as needed. The food was wonderful. It was a birthday dinner. He provided a free dessert and we all sang happy birthday. Nothing was rushed. Provided take out containers without asking. Made the entire dinner a pleasant experience. Had the pleasure of dining with my husband at Outback steakhouse in La Plata. The service was awesome. Our server Austin was amazing and is definitely an asset to Outback steakhouse. Highly recommend for a promotion or a raise. His level of professionalism was beyond extraordinary. Great Job

First of all, the staff is exceptional. They are kind and polite. The atmosphere is beautiful due to the holiday lights. It was clean. I’m not sure who cooked the food but it was ON POINT! If your in the area for good food, Outback in La Plata is the place.

The food is good and the Togo woman was really sweet and kind.
My only problem is the food. We paid for extra cheese and there isn’t extra. There is also barely any bacon on there and it’s pure dust.
I also got steak medium rare for my Kingsland pasta and it was cooked medium and most of it was cooked fully.
It was still good nonetheless and the Togo woman was nice so not too bad. Won’t be paying extra anymore. And definitely clicking rare for my steaks from now on

Great service! I had the Sirloin and Chicken meal. Steak was cooked PERFECT and chicken was nice and juicy. Lilly made the experience perfect, never left my drink empty and had a great personality.
