I have called 3 times noone is answering the phone and something in my food and it’s cold and not fresh. I won’t be eating the food or drinking the coffee. I want my money back! You will see me this evening when I get off! Are you ready for this!! I went back with food and receipt. Attitude! Attitude! One thing about it I don’t have to eat out. They don’t never have to worry about me ever stepping foot or spending my money there ever again. Customer Service is key in everything!

Delicious! Hot and affordable! Oh,and Miss Star? She literally is exactly that, a STAR! Her professionalism, patient, honest and sincere customer service was and is a rarity in this trying industry, especially given the shift she’s working( overnight, wow! Kudos to you sweetie!)

Just went through drive thru, the original person on the speaker was pleasant she just couldn’t hear. So I had to keep repeating myself. But then some attitude having person came on over the speaker with a very unpleasant tone and rudely asked me what I wanted and I said the order again, then she yelled we are out of sprite. So I said a strawberry. I then repeated that I wanted my Krystal chiks plain and she yelled I heard you. Rude again. I got to the window and paid the pleasant person, but she handed me a sprite. Tasted it, and realized they gave me the out of order sprite. I told her it wasn’t good and I was given the strawberry. I pulled off after paying and realized that the number 5, 2 chin meal I ordered was replaced with 4 cheese Krystal’s. I originally ordered. I paid $14.09 for something I didn’t want. Tried to call multiple times and there is no answer.

I want to be very clear about this; THE WORKERS HERE ARE AMAZING PEOPLE, MY ISSUE IS NOT AT ALL WITH THE STAFF! The staff is the only redeeming quality here. Krystal is overpriced, lukewarm, frozen white castle burgers that are heated up from frozen and served to you for 2x the walmart price. Krystal as a chain has become overpriced trash, just go anywhere else.

Not all the employees are rude but I’ve encountered a couple of people at this establishment they also need to be informed on how to use the code from their app on purchases of food with a discount code . the one employee actually got rude when I was trying to tell her how to use the code for my discount from the app.no longer going to this establishment.but they want care.

This location is going downhill. Three times in the last 3 weeks their card reader has been down. Well if you’re already in line in the drive thru, you can’t get out so you’re stuck. Luckily I keep a folded $20 in my wallet. Also they’ve run out of cups for the scrambler so it was served to me in a flat styro box that could easily spill.
I wonder if this is a management issue because the Circle K also has some issues. Disappointing.
Anyway I normally get the scrambler and 2 sunrisers and they’re good but lately they’ve been thrown together and greasy. One morning I walked in and waited 45 minutes while I talked to an older gentleman. I didn’t need to get anywhere on time that day but damn. Come on Krystal.
