This our second time giving this place a chance. Both have been to go orders due to parking. The first time, our quesadillas for the kids had the cheese unmelted. That is the essence of a quesadilla. We had to heat them up again ourselves to melt the cheese. A disappointment.
This time, the cashier verified all our order was placed in the bag. Guess what? A total lie. Our fries were missing. We had to turn back and waste more time waiting for our fries while our food got cold. The food was good (except it was cold because of the wait for the fries) but the customer service was absolutely abysmal when we went back for our fries. An unjust 180 attitude from the cashier. She rolled her eyes when we returned for the fries. No apology either.

Please double-check your orders before handing them out. I had to drive all the way back because my queso was missing. When I returned, the employee at the window was rude and insisted that she had made the order correctly, implying that I was lying. There would be no reason for me to drive back unless something was actually missing. Instead of checking or reviewing the cameras, she continued to argue that it was in the second bag.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue like this, and I’ve seen and read similar problems with other customers as well. Clearly, this employee continues to have an attitude issue. Management should address this with her or consider placing her in a role that doesn’t involve customer interaction. Additionally, if you’re going to use AI to just respond to review comments, you might as well not respond at all and please clean your floors.
