I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. I get to work and open my sandwich and there is no egg on it. This isn’t the first time they have screwed up my order. The last time, I got this I got work opened my sandwich to find the bottom bun of my sandwich was a hamburger bun. How the hell do you half a hamburger bun and mistake it for a bagel is beyond me. This location is terrible.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Higher prices than other local McDonalds as well as employees that just don’t have any urgency. I have sat at the speaker before for 20 minutes waiting for them to take my order with only one car in front of me. Anyone who has worked in fast food knows to get all of the orders in ASAP as it accelerates the process of making the actual food. Would give 0 stars if I could. Save your time and money and head to the McDonald’s on Sheridan or Kensington instead.

I never post negative reviews like this. But the staff at this place is the worst I’ve ever seen. I was waiting for the food in the table with the table number. The tall black lady shouted at my “MR” in an arrogant manner to collect the food from the counter. There were no customers at that time. I was doubting like am I at Mcdonalds or some cheap places which doesn’t value there customer. These kinds of staffs does not know manners and it affects the reputation of the organisation.

Tall black girl with black glasses and short hair was very rude towards the man in front of me who was just asking questions about the menu. After he paid and left, she just gave me a dark look and I simply said I was just there to pick up an order. No response, just a bad attitude. You guys really need to teach your staff proper manners and etiquette.

Please be careful going to this McDonald’s especially if you’re openly gay I’ve never had a problem in public bathrooms before today I walk in and go to the bathroom before I pick up my order as I’m walking back to the bathroom this table bust out laughing and then three of the gentleman follow me into the bathroom saying things like we don’t like boys like I’m just trying to go potty and besides I’m pretty sure they were all kids just be careful guys
