Like almost every other Bojangles now, this location has gone downhill in service and food quality. It wasn’t that busy, but waited nearly a half hour for my meal. No explanation or apologies from the staff, it was clear they didn’t really care. The place was a mess with trash on tables and the floor and the ice tea dispensers were empty the entire time i was there despite customers asking the staff to refill them. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was one of the older places. It definitely isn’t as good as the new versions.
With that said my three piece chicken with Mac and cheese, and fries were good. Biscuit was harder than my last visit to the new place.
Missing many tables in this location.

Went here on a Sunday night. The staff was totally unaware. Their customer service was the most horrible that I’ve ever felt with. Young lady at the window had the same glove on grabbing cash and serving chicken. She said that their time was at 800 and pulled 5 cars up to move to curbside to wait on food. We were there for 30+ mins. One staff member said it’s only us. I see why I stopped eating here. I done done.

11/25 (Monday) 11am visit…The staff was amazing!!! They made my day!! Efficient and friendly. Welcoming greeting me as I waled in door, checked on me as I was dining and made sure to tell me goodbye as I was leaving. Food was fresh, hot and delicious!! Staff receives 100+ gold stars!!!

Food was sitting around and was cold. They had a large number of employees working doubles almost nothing. They were not using the steam tables to jeep th4 food warm l, but instead just sitting it in the window. Laziness due to no caring manager on site. No way I would have my name on the door if that place. Food is good when prepared properly, but a lack of a caring h manager or owner is the difference.

I don’t know where to start. The pic is of replacement. The 1st was more burnt. Someone walking in asked if it was Cajun. NOPE! ( Burnt ends?) More like burnt to no end! Bathrooms are a wreck with no tissue. Dinning room dirty. Was only 1 other person there ordering. So Empty besides me, and 1 other but I was given the wrong food. Also took like 30 – 40 min to get food.

I went through the drive thru. The AI speaker kept asking me to order, even though I wasn’t close to the speaker (cars backed up ahead). When I did order, the AI took my “can I get ketchup and mustard” as honey mustard. The humans on site were great, though.
