Very slow service. There front counter associate couldn’t handle taking more than one order at a time and then waiting to get it to the customer before taking the next order. Took 10 minutes of waiting to place my order with nobody ahead of me. Drive.through may be faster but I would not recommend dining in if you are in a hurry.

Edit to add: I was able to go back, and they corrected my order. Everything was delicious, and I appreciate the manager on duty for their conflict resolution.
OLD REVIEW: I ordered a spicy nugget meal and a burger. After making me wait for the nuggets, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. The fries were fine, but the experience left a bad taste, and I was cheated out of some of my money.

My husband and I grabbed a quick dinner here on 10/26 at 5:20. The woman working the drive through was a delight. I don’t think I have had such kind hospitality at a fast food place. It wasn’t anything crazy or over the top, just a sense of genuine kindness. That’s for your service! We appreciate you.

Whoever works night shift is very very rude. Horrible customer service . All of my food was COLD ! Meat was red and I tried to call n let them know . He answered the phone and was cussing at me and didn’t let me get a word out ! I asked for his name and he hung up on me . Wendy’s needs to do better at hiring people , my food was thrown together . employee at the window is usually nice … however, something evil and twisted is going on with the eggs here, as mine came out covered in blue and green splotches (something that looks like a booger ? and the blue could be sulphur reaction from being severely overcooked, at best, I cannot tell, but it tastes really bad and off from the usual sandwich I know and love). this may have icked me off of wendy’s for a while. Unlike most fast food joints, Id like to say this Wendy’s has the best customer service. Every time Ive gone through the drive thru, my experience have always been so positive and refreshing! The Wendy employee by the name of Alex has always greeted me with great energy and very helpful ensuring you get exactly what you want! The young man, always represents his employer as he shows that with honor and pride! I even called his mgr.this morning to let her know what a valued employee she has! Alex, truly deserves a raise or st least a PROMOTION!!! Also, the salads are always fresh surprisingly! Great work Mr.Alex…

I come almost everyday, multiple times a day, and I went through the drive through in the morning and was told they only take cash right now. This happens frequently which feels like they just dont want to take orders because of the frequency. Additionally the person working knows me when I order, they all do. They could have just given me the large drink. I dont order food normally till later in the day and I get the same order every morning. I feel like if I come and give you business everyday constantly, you could just give me the drink instead of me having to drive somewhere else.
Ill be coming less frequent and only coming when I can’t drive to the other one from now on which sucks because I had liked this one except for in the evening. The larger male that works at night never gets the order right an argues a lot. The older women at night does the same thing. Morning and mid day people are always for the most part nice.
