Every time I do an online order, the Boneless chicken is cold. I called about it today because they also forgot some chicken strips and the gentleman who answered was very nice and offered to remake the entire order fresh. The service is really good, maybe they should just make less chicken at a time. I personally would rather wait than eat cold food that is supposed to be hot.

The customer service is simply not there, nor is the ability to solve a problem. When the answer is no, what is an alternative to the customer? They have deals all over, but then tell me, “Oh, we dont have that here.” I said, in the app it doesn’t say app only, and this is the location. ..its the only reason I came. She could so nothing but repeat herself. ..so I ordered through the app while at the window! That was a $6 difference.

Unfortunately when u order delivery it forces me to order from here. They always forget something for my order, this time i went in person to try and use my points, and the machine was not working. So I tried to order for pick up and I could not order popcorn shrimp it said they was out even though they had some. The young man was very nice, but the Latina lady had an attitude for some reason like it was my fault the app was not working. And when I deiced to just get some wings, I didn’t even get all my wings! I get its under construction but like why do the workers gotta take it out on the people ordering.

Had the worst encounter with ALEX when I demanded a refund for serving me RAW CHICKEN. It was a long night from work and I decided to grab something quick but as I was eating the sandwich on the way home half way through I noticed the texture was off. The next bite it was almost tough and cold. When I turned on the light it was RAW. (See photo) | went back to demand a refund and we got into a heated argument which IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED in a fast food restaurant and especially because of the circumstance. No apology no empathy just RUDE and unprofessional. Never will I go back and if I get food poisoning/salmonella.. I will seek legal action!!!!

3rd time I have had my order messed up in this particular Popeyes. I live about 25 minutes away so bringing my food back is a big inconvenience. I run a small bistro so I understand mistakes happen but having the same problem this often only means someone is not doing their job. The frustrating part about this situation is that as I was placing my order the shift manager was replacing someone else’s botched up order. Called and explained the situation to shift manager and was told bring it back now or I can’t help you. “I can’t come back right now, I live to far away “. Sorry I can’t help you. All 13 pieces spicy! Good if you asked for it that way but not when your stomach can’t tolerate it.

I went through the drive through and this man opened the window, seems to be the manager he looks to be mexican, doesnt even greet me and just repeats my total, damn near throws the drinks into my hands, rushes to hand me my food and just shuts the window, didnt even ask me if i wanted any sauce and didnt even give me time to react in order to ask for some, someone needs to retrain this man

I received the weirdest uncomfortable vibe from the manager. First he was very rude not polite he cut me off and ask me to wait in the front. Took over 20 mins so we decided to eat inside. Ask someone to clean tables started spraying without saying excuse me. So food finally came by the manager and said thank you. No reply like we was invisible or we disguised him very uncomfortable environment so we went to register asked for refund. Why come to work if you’re mad about it. Never going there again. The person who hired him as manager need to reevaluate for another manager then maybe the whole staff will be more polite because this wasn’t it at all.

This was one of the weirdest, most uncomfortable drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. First off, I sat at the speaker for five whole minutes with no greeting. No ‘one moment please,’ no acknowledgment—nothing. When someone finally responded, they just said ‘second window’ in the driest, rudest tone like I was bothering them.
Then, I get to the window, and instead of a normal interaction, the employee swings the window open so hard it smashes against the brick wall. It was so aggressive I literally thought the glass cracked. No greeting, no ‘hello,’ just straight-up attitude.
To top it all off, after handing me my food, both employees just stood there staring at me. No smile, no ‘have a nice day,’ just blank, awkward staring. I don’t know what kind of customer service this was supposed to be, but it was beyond unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much, just say that. Do better.

First off this place here they don’t talk to you they barely say two words to you went there a little bit earlier today order some spicy chicken and chicken sandwiches then ordered some fries.. told us to pull around and would walk it out when they were ready.. waited in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes.. got tired of waiting. Went inside my fries were sitting on the counter waiting.. I was ok and fine with it.. but when I got home looked at the sandwiches they were Smothered with sauce on both sides.. Couldn’t eat them.. so I took it back.. and this is what I got.. smh..
