I have ordered from this location several times. Too many times if I’m being honest… Delivery and through the drive thru. Every time is incredible. Hot, fresh, friendly team and people who go out of their way to ensure great customer service. Today, I called at 3:50 am to ask when breakfast would be available on delivery sites and Jen, the morning manager, was helpful and so kind. I received my order, fresh and hot, with a little extra treat, hot coffee (much needed) and apple pies. As the GM of a fast food restaurant, myself, THIS is what I look for in a manager. Thank you, Jen, for raising the standard for fast food customer service. Much love.

It’s a nice place, quiet and clean. The young man was very nice and helpful with changing the toy for my daughter as he ran around doing the register, drive thru and more. This young man deserves a raise or promotion. Then there was the tall gentleman in the blue shirt that just had a nasty attitude. My husband asked about the new shake and the man just screamed that he doesn’t know that my husband should figure it out. Im from NY so im used ro nasty but not in some places in Lebanon. He needs to be trained in customer service. But the young man was the one doing everything as if he was the only one working with the lady making the food.

Went thru drive thru, order 1 thing. Didn’t give or asked if I wanted my receipt. My change was short. Told a manager, they counted the draw was fine but the employee had just punched out and went home. That was the end with no resolution.

Went through the drive-thru with a mobile order, but they “lost it” or said it glitched out. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I had to park and go inside just to get a refund, then reorder everything in person — losing the mobile app deals I originally used. By the time I actually got my food, I’d been there over 30 minutes. I had to grab my own drinks, ask for a cup carrier, and my order was still wrong with cold fries. Not even a hint of customer service to make it right — no apology, no effort, not even a simple pie to make up for the mess. Extremely disappointing experience.

I used the drive through and have to say that the service was terrible. They have 2 lanes but only one person taking orders which is fine if the people in the other lane know what they want and order quickly. Apparently they had a lot of trouble deciding what they wanted or perhaps a lot of special requests or something but after repeating a hello, hello, is anyone there I finally drove to the window to ask if their system was working which it was and the fellow at the window said something about waiting my turn. Then said he asked for my order as soon as I drove to the window. He took my order but then I waited 10 minutes for my food. This was not fast food and not a pleasant experience. I ordered 3 fish sandwiches and 2 lg sodas

Came through the drive through around 1:50pm to get a burger and nuggets for my dog. After 5+ minutes of waiting at the #2 window and watching multiple cars behind me get there order and not only that employees were inside dancing carrying on. i finally had enough and went inside to figure out what was taking so long. Nobody could give me a answer and instead kept asking what my order was. After the employees giving me attitude i asked for the manager. Hector the manager then proceeded to take his time to come to the front. As soon as i seen him i knew I wasn’t gonna get anywhere. I immediately asked for a refund. This place is absolutely pathetic! Don’t waste your money here

I’m a retired chef, was in the food industry for 10 years. I go here most nights once off work usually between 12-2am. Only place open for food after 12. I order everytime I go a quarter pounder DELUXE, everytime I get a stale quarter pounder that they just add lettuce and tomato to, a quarter pounder deluxe is a classic burger with Mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. Not pickle ketchup onion and lettuce and tomato. Also asked for all food to be fresh, everything was fresh accept my quarter pounder. When I tried to call they kept hanging up on me all 6 times I tried to call. Night shift service is terrible!!!! Same outcome 4 days in a row!!!!! You people make as much as REAL chefs and REAL cooks and all you do is assemble and press buttons!!!!
