Horrible experience:
I went through the drive thru at 7:24pm this evening and ordered two original chicken sandwiches, the drive thru asked that we pull around to the front while our food was being prepared.
After receiving my order I got home to realize the BOTH sandwiches had NO chicken. Just bread and lettuce.
I called the store twice and received no answer so I drove back to have my issue resolved.
I spoke to a gentleman who apologized for the incorrect/incomplete order, I asked that they please remake my food and that is when Eliza came up and asked me if the sandwiches really didn’t have chicken because she “saw” the order being made.
I told her yes, which is why I took the time to drive 20 minutes back to your store to have my order corrected. She acted annoyed and gave me attitude for asking my order be remade and had the audacity to question me like I tampered with my own meal to drive back and have it corrected.
Eliza never apologized for the order being incomplete, didn’t offer any resolution and was super unprofessional and argumentative.
I usually go to this location 4 times a month but after dealing with Eliza, I refuse to give Burger King my business further.
No one should be treated like that especially when the establishment made the error!

Wow this place really turned a corner and looks great now. It’s clean, The employees clothes are nice and clean, have been there a few times this week, the whopper even comes in a box now.

Visited a few times over the past few years we’ve lived here and its always the same. Food has that same bk taste and the staff is mono-tone. Sometimes they dont know how to do mobile orders or try to charge me again.

Absolutely the worst experience, Eliza is rude and condescending to guests. I was placing an order while a girl was asking her order be remade and Eliza basically called this girl a liar!!! I will not be coming back to this location if that is how they treat guests. Avoid this location at all costs. Another time a few weeks ago pulling up to the drive thru I started by saying hi how are you doing and the reaction I got was “ and what do you want “. No understanding about customer service here . Save your money for another establishment .
