I don’t travel much, so I wasn’t familiar with the QR code routine. The waitress ended up taking my order, and my food was decent.I had a ruben with coleslaw, which was fine. Waitress, Peggy, didn’t really explain anything, disappeared for quite a period of time and was put off when she had to provide multiple receipts for our group. Again, I have no idea what protocol is because I never fly. Now, I need an itemized receipt, and I have no way of getting it, because this restaurant has no phone number. The receipt I have has no information listed on it and I guess I didn’t do the q r code as I didn’t know. Any other place I purchased something at the airport (MSP) had everything listed on the receipt so that should be basic.

Just my experience.
It’s okay. You have to be forward with getting the employees’ attention to order or ask any questions. They didn’t pay any attention to me, so flagging them down was the only way. No, it was not busy when i was there.The wings were tiny and overcooked. They look better in the photo than they actually were. My drink was good. I don’t expect much for airport dining but this place could definitely improve.

Horrible service. Took 10 min to order a beer because my phone was dead and they refused to wait on me because I couldn’t scan the menu. When they did take my order I ordered a pretzel and cheese. They tried to serve me half serving of cold beer cheese . The window person noticed this was wrong and sent it back . They asked me to order something else but I refused because they were going to send out half ass inadequate food for 4 x the price when they have an A rating . No thank you! On top of that no discount and charged me $14 for a beer!!! Ridiculous! Shame on you Garden district. Shame on you .

Reviewing in context of a restaurant in an airport… do you really expect 5 star service and excellence??
Overall it’s ok. I don’t know why there is so much hate in the other reviews. Is it’s really so difficult to scan a QR CODE to view a menu? It’s not unusual… and really, have you been to many other airports recently?
I sat at the bar. Bartender was wonderful! He was kind and attentive. No issues at all. I ordered a drink and food directly through him, after looking at the menu online.
So really I would rate the bar area 4 stars, due to not a huge selection of brews. But! The food…. um, ya, not that great. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. Immediately dumped the nasty looking slaw. But I don’t like slaw anyway.
Remember- this is convenient. You are waiting for a plane. What do ya want?

I wish read the reviews before going. I had to go here because my kid was hungry and everything was closing. I was trying to place an order to go and it seemed like nobody wanted to do it.The server was so nasty and it just seems like I was bothering her. However, she was much nicer to other people than she was treating me. Think twice before going here.

Worst experience I’ve had ever. The place had 4 people in had to catch a flight in 5 minutes and they demanded I order something to see the score of the packer game. Needless to say they don’t care about there own home fans! And are more worried about there profits. I get it of course if you’re gonna stay for a while order something but 5 minutes come on!

We have a gluten allergy. Mary Jo worked with us and provided wonderful service. Had a nice meal with a bottle of wine. Watched football. Nice way to start our vacation.

Loaded Burger at this place means 1 patty and NOT 2 (per the menu), no cheese and those jalapeño curds were as dry as the burger meat. This is now the burger we use to compare other bad burgers against as it is our all time low.
-Dry as a bone, flavorless and not per menu.

Disaster, both order of eggs were wrong, when asked was told, “oh I didn’t check the order, scrambled is all we had”. $18 to be served what they have is just not the way to treat ppl.
