We picked up 2 Big Macs, 2 Fries and 2 Cokes for dinner. They were the worst Big Macs ever. I had to throw mine out. There was so much sauce that when you picked it up to eat, the meat kept sliding out and onto the plate. I grew up on Mac Donald’s when I was in college, never will we eat there again. My husband’s was the same. If only one was bad, we might have understood but both were bad and not even hot. Sad is all one can say.

I love Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. I went to McDonald’s today to get two of them. I couldn’t wait to open the box and eat them. I was disappointed. The bun was steamed perfectly, but the fish was a little dry and there almost no tartar sauce. I was hoping it was only the one…. but both sandwiches were the same. For that reason, I need to rate this McDonald’s 3 stars.

Thought we’d stop at this McD passing through. Everything we ordered was terrible. The chicken strips were like rubber and the fryer grease smelled old. Large fry was not filled, mocha coffee tasted like water with syrup, frappe was ok, but the hamburger had so much ketchup, onion, and mustard the bun was soggy. Will not be back. May be one of the worst tasting McD I have had in my lifetime. Next time passing through we will keep going.

Wasn’t greeted when approached at the counter…I asked for light mustard on my burgers…both burgers were drenched in an excessive AMT of ketchup…pouring off of when I went to take a bite out of it. French fries were old, soggy, and super salty …HIGHLY UPSET WITH MY VISIT

2 days in a row I had bad experiences at this restaurant, yesterday our food was cold, rubbery and we were missing items, today we were in line for 5 minutes not moving so I went inside to see if the order was ready and talked to 1 person then got ignored for 20 minutes, never got our food and got major attitude from workers for asking what’s taking so long. Sadly both times our orders were small and not complicated.

Idk why I even bother using the app when they refuse to add the sauces I order to my bag. It’s been countless times they won’t put my sauces in the bag! Even when I order chicken. I shouldn’t have to go through my bag and check every time. Then I have to say “can I get the three ranches I ordered, please?” To only be handed two. Such terrible service

Went here for lunch, took 40 mins to get our food, the front workers & the Manager were blasting music loud, yelling, swearing, taking forever to take any orders, talking to their friends about their personal lives infront of everyone I will not ever be back at this one. I used to never have any issues here it’s crazy.
There was one cook who was super friendly and helpful though.

I recently visited the McDonald’s location on Sheridan Road in Kenosha and placed an order for two steak and cheese bagels with extra onions and extra sauce . While I appreciate the ability to customize my order, I was disappointed by the extended wait time.
Despite a relatively moderate level of activity in the restaurant, I waited over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. Timely service is a key expectation in a quick-service restaurant, and unfortunately, this visit fell short in that regard.
I hope the management team will review staffing and service procedures to ensure a more efficient and satisfying experience for customers in the future. Best option Drive Thru

I ordered two double cheeseburgers only ketchup and two lg fries and all was cold! fries tasted refried and bun on the burgers were hard and burgers cold and disgusting. I waited over 30 mins for my food to receive crap!
