for the past 3 months we have went and spent 40+$ here at a time as family of 5 there’s always something wrong with the food asked for big mac sauce on a McDouble i got a plain McDouble only ketchup, McChicken only mayo, get a plain McChicken. And when you go in after ordering drive through not even 2 mins after you get the food they sit and argue with you about what you order when you have the receipt that’s says exactly what you wanted and what you wanted on it.

What a shame. This place used to be so good. Seems like since they opened a 2nd location quality has gone astray. Pizza was just so so and appetizer basket tasted like everything was fried in old oil.

This was one of the best McDonald’s we’ve been to in our travels. Our mobile order was ready when we arrived and correct. The manager on duty, Jennifer “Pooh,” was so friendly and professional, and had the young employees under her were busy cleaning tables, mopping, and filling orders… no standing around, chitchatting, or scrolling on phones.
I liked how the front was set up with the full menu across the front wall (some McDonald’s now have menus only at the kiosks and you can’t see the whole thing all at once), and the pick-up counter open to the kitchen so employees can see customers who need attention. The McDonalds we visited yesterday had a wall so the kitchen was not visible and you had to step around to the employee area and holler to get anyone’s attention.
That is all just to say that this McDonald’s
is clean, friendly, well-organized, and a great place to eat when you’re craving fast food.

They can never get order right even if it’s the simplest little thing. Told them no ketchup on my burger once again they can’t get it right and it’s got ketchup dripping off the sides. I was gonna just deal with it and wipe the ketchup off then I noticed it was pink in the middle wasn’t even near done. They act like you are the problem when you take it back. Do your job right and customers wouldn’t have to come back and bother you. Workers are unfriendly, rude and ALWAYS act like the customers are bothering them. What do you think you are there for? Do your job right or leave if you don’t wanna be bothered. Taking my business elsewhere.

Order was correct and service was good. Thats all I can ask for from a simple visit traveling from state to state. 4/24/23 drove all the way back from Ohio. 300+ miles in our 1st stop to Myrtle. Breakfast was good, restaurant was clean and service was good. Still 5 star.

The floor was so slick I fell. I have had 2 completed knee replacement. No one acted like they gave a dam! 2 customer had to help me. They made me use the kiosk. I hate kiosk. If you have to pay an employee to stand there and do the kiosk for people.. then why the hell make me use it.

I ordered and got to the window around 2:10am maybe and had to wait 10-15 mins for them to come to the window to take my card then the side of Mac sause was just a tiny sample amount. She threw everything into the bag and barely wrapped my chicken sandwich. Horrible service.
