Pretty disappointed. Went through the drive-thru.
We ordered ranch snack wrap but the lady who took our order charged us for 2 ranch dips instead, then accused us of lying when we asked because it was missing. The ranch dips were also missing, so we basically got charged for missing items.
Ordered large fries but the fries were soggy and barely filled up halfway. Won’t go there again.

This is the most nastiest McDonald’s ever the food is always cold burgers always seem like they’ve been sitting meat Hard sandwiches are always dry. Fries are hard and cold. Customer service is horrible. This McDonald’s need to be shut down. They do not care. You have employees calling customers out of their name. Totally insane I will definitely not be back If you want some hot fresh food and good customer service I assure you this is definitely not the place!

Although the staff was very friendly and my food was decent. The restaurant itself was disgusting! The bathrooms were gross with substances smeared on the walls. The floor was very sticky throughout and there was visible mold on the drink machine! I do not recommend this location!

After work I went through the drive through tonight 1/23/26 at 8:05pm to order my 3 kids food. The 2 young men on drivethrough taking orders and giving orders out were very polite. I told the kid at the window we didnt need our receipt when he asked after paying. After getting home (3mins away) one kid’s burger was missing from bag, so I went straight back. Although the time ordered, exact amount paid, and full recall of our order was given in front of the 2 employees we delt with, not even 10mins prior to my return to the store, the manager was very rude and initially would not speak to me directly saying, “how do I know thats true we’ve taken 100’s of orders since then”. He refused to pull previous orders to verify I was “telling the truth” and only came to the window after about 10 minutes of “holding up his line”. I finally parked and went in. Seemingly scared of my arrival into the store, he then gave me the burger that was missing and reluctantly replaced my now cold medium fry with a new small fry. Frustrated it took this long to rectify our order, I didn’t catch that manager’s name. He is definitely doing this place a disservice with his confrontational attitude, unprofessional communication, lack of leadership skills, and poor customer service. I’ll remember to check the bag and get the reciept next time, but more importantly, I’ll drive 10 more minutes to the McDonald’s down the road.

Everyone I come here it’s a long wait, something is missing, or I’m waiting for over 20 minutes in curbside and I have to go in to get my stuff because they don’t bring it out. So many times I come in and they can’t even find my order or they “deleted it off the screen by accident.” Don’t go here. Drive further for better service.

Normally not one for doing reviews, but this place is consistently terrible. This last time I asked for quarter pounder deluxe with no onions or mustard, and they gave me a burger with only ketchup and pickles. No lettuce or tomato or the mayonnaise that should have been on it. You know, the things that make it a deluxe that they upcharge for.

I ordered curbside pick up. When I got there, they were not busy. I waited for 30 minutes, 15 minutes after the app said my order was ready. I had to call to get my food brought out. When I told them it said my food was ready 15 minutes ago they said they saw my food was ready and would bring it out. I tried to ask if my food had been waiting for 15 minutes and they hung up before I could ask. Then when the kid brought out my food, I asked him. He told me that the food was fresh and had not been sitting for 15 minutes. When I told him I had been there 30 minutes, he seem confused. And said it was busy. It was not when I got there. And no shock, but the food was cold. It had been sitting for 15 minutes ready. Also why did it take so long to make my food? The curbside at this location has gone down hill. Curbside pick up is an absolute disaster. Do better.

Big marks are my favorite sandwich. They have ruined them by shopping way too much sauce on them. I stopped eating them. I will purchase again one they go back to the original sandwich. Its like many other restaurants… stick with what made you famous. Stop changing and trying to make it better. It was already good…n

Ordered Monopoly menu but location was out of Monopoly pieces. Ordered at kiosk and waited 10 minutes and nobody brought my food. Went to counter and order was sitting at counter, no acknowledgement or order called out. Food was cold and frappe had caramel all on the outside of the cup.
Tables dirty and location did not appear busy at all.
Very disappointing visit.

Today around 11:30am, a very rude young man handed me my food. I noticed I had no condiments so I ask for some honey mustard. He had a vey bad attitude and handed over 1 honey mustard for a medium chicken sandwich/fry meal. I asked him ….. really , just 1 honey mustard. His response was very rude , disrespectful and basically told me I would have to by extra. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15yrs and coming to this McDonald’s, I’ve never dealt with such disrespect. He had me so heated I threw the honey mustard back at him , he caught it and threw it right back. I admit I was wrong , but his attitude from the beginning was very very rude and disrespectful. My suggestion to him is customer service isn’t for you! You make me not ever want to come to this particular restaurant ever again. I can only imagine what you will do to the food if you’re in control. I did report this incident to corporate, but I probably will not ever visit this store again especially if he’s employed there.
