Nice McDonald’s in a busy area. The interior feels open, modern, and inviting. From what I saw, it was clean and well maintained. Ordered ice cream cones—nothing out of the ordinary. As with most McD locations, the drive-thru tends to get backed up during peak hours.

We just got some french fries we got a large order and it was only half filled I guess they’re going to cut their pennies by ripping people off sorry I tried to enter a picture but it wouldn’t go for some reason but looking at all the reviews there’s a picture with the same half order of french fries

Food is great, but this location keeps screwing up the orders(ex missing a quarter pounder, can’t wrap a snack wrap correctly, etc.) regardless if there’s a car(s) in front or behind you. Last time I will ever come to this location.

Apparently, it’s a crime to order water in the drive-through unless it’s in a bottle. When they’re out of water bottles, they still won’t give you water in a cup. However, if you go inside, they have water in the soda machine that you can fill a cup with. They’re charging the same for water or soda unless it’s in a bottle, and then there is an upcharge. This is ridiculous and should change.

This location in Neenah is a hit and miss location….. sometimes good service but could be bad service. Atmosphere is very entertaining with the staff. Food is always good. Don’t be in any hurry cause they’re always slow.
