Lendy’s Cafe is hands down one of my favorite spots! Their wings are absolutely incredible perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and consistently on point every single time. You can tell they put real care into their food.
On top of that, the service is amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go, they make you feel appreciated as a customer.

Got the wings and lumpia to go. Both very good. Lumpia was nice and crispy. Good size wings cooked right. Recommend “suicide” sauce on the wings. I would equate it to “hot” level sauce at other places. Nice heat, but not going to hurt you.

Definitely not as good as I remembered years ago when I last went. On this particular trip, the food was average. Hush puppies were great actually but the wings (which is like one of their specialties) was average. They also sent out burnt fries. When I told my waitress, she was quick to get me another batch service was great but those were mostly burnt as well. Very disappointed in that.

Get the wings, and ask for the house made hot sauce. For something extra, get some garlic parmesan sauce and mix it with the hot sauce. They actually have a hot garlic parmesan sauce premixed (which IS delicious) . However, I suggest mixing your own to control the heat.
I had old bay shrimp, catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and a cup of she crab soup. Everything was delicious. I purchased 2 bottles of hot sauce.
It’s a bar. Which also had great draft beers. I had a strawberry cider that was amazing.

(Update) For retired Veterans like myself with a Military ID, this restaurant does not offer 10% off your meals. Home town bar and sports grill environment. They are the 5 times champions for the best wings in Norfolk. Delicious. Overall, the sports bar environment competes with Hooters and other sports bars on the beach. It is definitely in competition with other sports bars in the area, but it has a family-owned feeling.

This was my first time here and it will probably be my last when you pay $30 for lunch and get french fries that are as close to burnt before being called burnt jalapeno poppers that are well they were probably the best part of the mail The fish it’s all right.

Great location and atmosphere, service was good and very friendly. Food was a bit slow to come out even though the restaurant wasn’t very full. Wings were cooked perfectly, but were over sauced and too sweet for my taste, even the very spicy ones. Fries were a bit over done. The kid’s grilled cheese was by far the standout!
