Stopped in for dinner and everything was spot on. I had the steak and my buddy went with the shrimp pasta – both were packed with flavor. Our server Zarina was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place all around, and we’ll for sure be back.

Went for lunch on Oct 17th with my son. Overall a decent experience. The waitress was very friendly but was forgetful. Food very salty but tasty. I ordered 1 beer on tap. They forgot to bring so I canceled it. Then was charged on the bill, the charge was removed. My son had fries, we asked for ketchup. Had to ask 4 times. Do not recommend.

A Perfect Pit Stop on the Way Home As we continued our journey home from vacation, we decided to make a spontaneous stop for a good steak—and we’re so glad we did. This Outback Steakhouse in Alabama did not disappoint. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and our server was outstanding. They were incredibly attentive and made sure every one of our requests was accommodated with care and a smile. It was the perfect way to close out our trip. Highly recommend if you’re passing through!

Visited this restaurant with my sister and really enjoyed it! The tuna was delicious, and the chocolate dessert was absolutely amazing. Our server Sarah was very friendly and attentive. Recommend!

Got to our table pretty quick but then sat for 40 minutes before our drink order was taken ordered michelob ultra and they were out (Saturday night)
Ordered Ahi tuna for appetizer waitress comes back 20 minutes later and tells me they’re out of the tuna as well . We finally got bread 15 minutes after that but no plates or silverware. 5 minutes later got plates with food left on them then she brings another set of plates that are also dirty we got our food. An hour and 15 minutes we finally got our food. Out of 5 plates of food, only 1 of them was ok and complete. Steaks were over cooked, and chicken was cold. Loaded potatoes looked pitiful, the one steak that was cooked right had to much seasoning on it. It took 15 minutes for her to come back to check on us and when told, she said she was going to get a manager. We also asked for more drinks. The waitress brought more drinks into To go cups. And then our drinks were hot and our sweet tea was unsweetened tea. Told the waitress and she brought us back “sweet” tea in a regular glass which was unsweetened tea with sugar poured in the glass. Took the manager 10 minutes to come. Explained to her what was going on and she said she would be right back.

I made a curbside pick up order today for the kingsland pasta and a baked potato and I was so excited to get another potato from here because my first time eating one it was so so good, but this time i don’t know what happened. The potato was hard to eat is why it looked like I just ate the inside of it. On top of that i didn’t receive the toppings for the potato but I disregarded that because I could have dressed it up myself at home. But I’m disappointed because this was my second time eating here and my first time was amazing. I really did enjoy my food the first time I ate here, but this time I don’t know what happened. They have great potatoes just wish this time mines was edible, the pasta on the other hand was okay, didn’t taste much seasoning.

First time here and will defiantly not come back, our server was sweet and nice but our food was not worth what we paid.
My husband and I ordered the same meal with different sides (ribeyes/medium rare) and his steak had more char on it and was warm and mine was cold and not Medium rare… mine was uneven in spots and all I could taste was a heavy hand of pepper. Mashed potatoes tasted good though lol
To be fair I’m not good at confrontation and didn’t let the waitress know because lets be honest we all know that things could not go so well if you send food back~

This was my first time back at an Outback restaurant in over two decades and it was ok.
New update: I had a second visit here on 3/5/24 and I have to say that this was NOT a good experience. The server screwed up the orders so badly that the food came out in sections. She wasn’t attentive at all and above all else, she did not apologize for any of her mishaps. She entered the meals in wrong and then tried to correct it but upcharging for the extras that originally came with the plate IF she had only entered it in correctly the first time. Then she had the audacity to say this was how the meal was prepared but I knew better (shaking my head). I added the new photos to the original post. I had to speak to the manager about not charging for one of the meals (the plate with asparagus) because it was completely wrong and wasn’t touched at all. Overall, not too good of an experience but will probably try again on another day.

Everything was amazing! My server Zarina was very attentive and get everything down from my drinks to dessert correct. The food was really good, but the steak was a little undercooked. I ordered medium well and get medium, but besides that everything else was spectacular.

My wife and I sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Sarah, a very friendly and outgoing bartender. We were quickly served with cold, refreshing beverages, and place our order for appetizers. She came back often to check on us, and was always polite and kind. My wife and I don’t get out often but when we do we like to go to places where the food is good and the staff is attentive. Now, if Auburn could stop losing today, our weekend would’ve been complete.
