Ordered a Chocolate Extreme Blizzard and it was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Only had the mixed ins on the top 1/3 of cup and the rest was just vanilla ice cream and there wasnt much for mixed ins. Very disappointing.

Kamden was a goat and helped us out a bunch, we made sure to thank him and clap for him due to his incredible service. Ian was also a huge help. I could tell they both worked hard and put passion in the blizzards they made us. Great service, food, and atmosphere. Will most definitely return.

We always have a positive experience here. The staff are nice and helpful and the kids always enjoy it. Ice cream is top notch, of course, fries not as much but kind of what I expect at fast food. Kids enjoyed and that’s what matters.

After ordering, then waiting for 27 minutes outside last night.. we got our food. Just a 6pc.
2 “pieces” are chicken nuggets. That’s a bummer.
I wouldnt have reviewed if i only just waited.. but i waited and got 2 nuggets which made me disappointed.
Critique: please don’t use so much bbq sauce. It’s gross to have so much extra, its excessive.

Picked up 2 ice cream cakes. Called before and was told anyone can write on the cakes just bring to the counter. They looked horrible like a 5 year old wrote them. No other sheet cakes to replace them. So I was stuck with them. Lesson learned. Do not have them ever write on cakes!!!

Well dairy Queen was one of my favorite restaurants till now and I’ll show you the pictures of why they’ve dropped the ball at this restaurant once you pick up your food if you look at their counters nasty people are always in a bad mood to give you service it’s a shame but this restaurant is not highly recommended by me. The bananas are rancid and no whip cream or cherries they also discontinued all the smoothies!!!!!!

You’ll be there for 20 minutes waiting for your “fast” food, and then your chicken strips will be overdone and they’ll give you the wrong sauce. They did correct the sauce quickly, though, and gave me two as they should have instead of the one I originally received.

We went thru the drive-thru several months ago and ordered blizzards, we wanted to eat them at home instead of in the car, got up to the window to have the lady working there, get upset with me because “I didn’t order them that way, you have to say you want them to go!” So brings me to today, we go there again in the drive-thru, I stated BEFORE I ordered that I wanted all 3 to go! Get to the window– lady hands me the blizzards to eat now, not to go. I said I wanted these to go! She gave me the worst look and said “You mean with lids??” Very Rude, Very Poor Customer Service!!! Definitely will not be back!!!!
