Stopped here after the eye doctor instead of going to Culver’s because my husband hasn’t had it in a while. We got 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries, cheese nuggets & onion rings. All were very delicious! Loved the fries. Cheese nuggets are white cheddar & onion rings are better than Culvers.

The sandwiches are huge. Husband enjoyed the burger. I had fried chicken sandwich, which was average. Wouldn’t order it again. Onion rings are delicious. It’s good fast food. I’ve been here before and had great custard, but this time, the banana split had something that tasted weird. Might have been the chocolate sauce. It was large, and the custard itself was good. Didn’t enjoy it, though, because of something not tasting right.

Our visit here last year in Dec was great, the food was good. I brought my friend here yesterday because I remembered how great the burgers were. We’re not from the area, we took the kids to Regner. So we both ordered burgers and they were disappointingly so greasy. Like soggy, wet buns. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and all I could taste was grease. The employees are so super nice there though, I’m just wondering what changed since the last time we were there? It’s nice that the kids meals come with a scoop of ice cream, the kids were happy.

Whenever my family visits West Bend, our first stop for food is always Jumbo’s. While it can be pricey for a big family, it’s a treat and everyone has a favorite. We stopped on Friday for dinner a little later than usual, around 6:30pm. One car was ahead of us in the drive-thru. We got our food but was a little disappointed this time around. The burgers were thrown together in the bag which was manageable but the fries we couldn’t even eat. They had two orders crammed together on top each other in a bag and it made them extremely soggy, making them inedible. The kids meals were just okay. The price (~$50) for our family was just not justified by the poor quality of the food this time around. Service has seemed to go downhill a little bit but after this trip I’m not sure I’ll rush to go back.

Absolutely rude. I asked two questions and the man acted like I was a complete idiot. I’m sorry I didn’t know something and had the audacity to ask what it was. Then the lady at the window, as I pull up was complaining about the customer prior to me, I hand her my change and she nearly snatched it out of my hand and slams the window afterwards. Not greeting or even told a price of what I owe, or what was given back to me. Is my presence that bothersome? Sorry yall gotta work a job y’all applied to work at. My bad I decided to spend my money here. Flipping ridiculous. .

Food was good, but it’s a very dirty. They need to clean the place up. Lady’s restroom is embarrassing. Ducktape on the mirror. Dining room fans and lights are filthy with inches of dust.
