Came down to Chili’s since we were fairly close by. I forgot my gift card but I’ve had a pretty good experience in Long Beach. On this day, there was lots of open tables. Myself, wife, and baby boy were seated close to other people. I will say I do like Chili’s atmosphere, the tables have plenty of space and was clean. I wish we could of maybe been a little further from people, there was a teen next to us sneezing like 12 times, the older gentleman behind us was coughing. It felt as if we were seated in the sick section. That really made our experience a bit less enjoyable.
Food wasn’t bad. I don’t know why I thought they had a bigger selection of food. I just went with the Triple Dipper. The Sliders bread was very dry. Everything else was good. My wife’s macaroni was salty, the ribs were ok. The blonde gal who was our server was nice, she seemed like a young adult. Nothing was above and beyond with service. We scored neutral on the survey. If we were seated else where, I would of brought up the rating. I understand they want to keep everyone in the same section.

Came to this location because we had a gift card and decided to each get the 3 for me burgers. Our server was a young man named Nate and he was very attentive. The potato soup was very good and the salad was fresh. The burgers were very tasty and it was a great value overall. There was a small issue where we were charged for someone else’s margarita special but Nate apologized profusely for the mistake and his manger Courtney came over and said they would refund us the difference but it would take a few days to go back on the card. Great customer service at this location.

We waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated on this visit. It was a busy hour of the day so that wasn’t bad at all. Destiny was our server tonight and we found her pleasant and great with suggestions about what menu favorites we’d like. Having not been to a Chili’s in awhile, we needed a few questions answered. We enjoyed a margarita and each had smash burgers they were tasty and the fries were served piping hot right out of the kitchen!

I ordered on the app and had my order delivered. Food of course excellent!! Service was exceptional, I received it 30 minutes before the extended time of arrival. And Atmosphere was perfect, at home enjoying my meal!!

Total bs wait was 2 1/2 hours so I go to the bar for some drinks with family and my bill at bar has came out to 70 buck I’ve gave the girl at the bar 20 bucks at first then when I got rest of bill I gave her 55 (50&5) and I’ve walked out when family was finishing there drinks and she have stuck all of the 55 bucks into her tip jar and causing a scene saying I didn’t pay and here I’m telling her I gave her the money and she was yelling at me saying I didn’t pay her name is “Steph” and I told her call the manager and she was ignoring me I called the guy walking and turned out to be the manager told him I gave her the money and she’s yelling still saying I haven’t given nothing just a 20 and manager comes checks her tip jar and turns out she stuck it in there crumble up and she starts apologizing after the manager gets it out of her jar… manager was cool helping out the problem I was having but that issue has killed my vibe I didn’t want to eat after this issue with Steph and everyone sitting just staring

I went to the Chili’s on Gosford and the service was phenomenal, especially our server Dani. I wasn’t sure what to order and she helped me navigate the menu based on what I told her I liked and made it very memorable for both my husband and I. Thank you so much for making it a great date night!

Came in to Chili’s yesterday with my family for the first time. It was a busy Sunday. Food was good and the service was incredible! We had Danni as our waitress and we loved her! She went above and beyond for us, drinks were never empty, and she was so sweet. Especially to our daughters! Thank you Danni! Easily the best server our family has ever had. We will be back.

We got here around 9:30pm and were seated within 5 mins. We got a nice waitress and our drinks came out fast. My fiancé got the 3 for me combo. It came with a drink, soup and entree was a 6ox sirloin medium rare with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes (not pictured) My son got 3 for me with 6oz sirloin medium rare, fries and corn on the cob (not pictured) and I got the fajita trio. It came with sliced chicken, sliced steak and grilled shrimp, veggies, rice and black beans. Right away I noticed that my steak was fully cooked but I asked for it medium rare. The guy that brought it out was super understanding and took it back. My fiancé noticed his steak was well done also so the waitress brought him a new one as well. My son’s steak was perfectly cooked. It’s kinda a bummer that my family was done with their food way before I got mine but whatever. I didn’t really like the rice that it came with but mixed with beans, it didn’t taste that bad. The meat and shrimp were pretty delicious. The veggies were perfect. My fiancé didn’t think his plate had much flavor. We both got the chicken enchilada soup that was freaking delicious they put tortilla strips on top and it was perfect. Yum yum. We got the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. We got it to go and it was okay. The cookie didn’t taste like it was warmed up so that sucked but whatever. We also got the chips and salsa because we had a reward. The chips are flavorful, light and crispy. The salsa is pretty good too. All in all I would say we had a good experience. The atmosphere was nice. The host and servers were all super nice. I would go there again.

I’ve now been to this Chili’s three separate times, which honestly should qualify me for emotional compensation at this point. The first two visits were… let’s call them “character-building.” I thought maybe the universe was testing me. But no, I’m just dumb enough to give Chili’s a third chance.
And guess what? Plot twist: it was STILL mid.
Like aggressively mid. Like “why does this taste like it came straight out of the microwave and lost a fight on the way to my table” mid. Service? They were nice but also looked like they, too, were questioning why anyone comes here voluntarily.
Honestly, I’m convinced Chili’s is a social experiment to see how many times people will return hoping it magically gets better. Spoiler: it won’t. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re working on your humility or trying to punish yourself for something.
