i haven’t ate in days and i just got off work and decided to doordash popeyes. i received my meal, completely sealed, opened the bag, and instead of the regular classic chicken sandwich i ordered i received two spicy tenders on buns. unfortunately i am allergic to whatever spice they use and i had a severe allergic reaction and had to take emergency medication to prevent needing to go to the hospital. i get it, i ordered later in the evening. next time inform the person picking up the food so they can notify me. i have substitution options set on the app aswell and i even have an option to cancel my order if you don’t have what i want. other than that, ive been loyal to this establishment and this has happened many many times in my past orders with them. both in person and thru doordash. many times i’ve received someone else’s order via doordash (with my name on the bag), been given spicy instead of classic (luckily those times i noticed before eating, didn’t notice this time bc of the bun), and just overall several complications. i’ve worked in fast food before so i understand the stress and occasional mistakes. just wanna put this review here bc it could’ve seriously hurt me and i don’t want anyone else getting hurt. i’ll probably continue eating here i’ll just be more careful next time. btw i ordered two, ate half the first one before noticing and the other one i was gonna give to my fiancé was also the same way, ill link the photo.

I had to pick up a delivery for Doordash, took them a while to ask me who I was picking up for and I guess they didn’t start working on the order until I had gotten there. The set time for pick up was 4:06, I didn’t get the order until 4:21. That’s not the only issue, I had 5 drinks to carry and granted they had one already in the bag with the food, but that left me 4 drinks to carry. I asked for a drink carrier and the lady said “no.” And I’m like how am I supposed to deliver this? Idk you could of have at least put them in a different bag or something because how do you expect people to deliver food without a drink carrier?

I was going to order Kfc chicken wings but my daughter convinced me to do Popeyes instead. My problem is last time I tried Popeyes there was a very very very long wait for not that many cars and order was messed up. But I made an agreement with her if she picks it up, I would pay for it and have her my order. She was with me when we had the long wait last time so she said she wanted to try again. The good news is the wait she said was way shorter. The service was not better as she said sounded like same bad attitude. So it was up to the food. I checked bags when they arrived at the house. It was missing fries and drink for the meal. The chicken sandwich seemed smaller than the time before or maybe it’s was flattened. It did not taste fresh more like sitting in warmer long time. I tried my daughters wings and they definitely were not fresh. The biscuit was hard…I mean brick hard. We were pounding it on the table hard. So the second time around not better. I will wait awhile again and when get in the mood for chicken, I might try again.

Asked for chicken breast and chicken a leg. I got a wing instead of a leg. I took it back and had to wait to be acknowledged. But they exchanged it for me. No sweet tea and I wasn’t even told when I ordered it. Their Coke and Diet Coke tastes flat and no ice in lobby. My first and last time here.

Horrific customer service by the female working. My order receipt came through the machine and she said “damn Alex, guess I won’t get a break today.” As if that’s my fault. I purposefully came through the front counter because there were cars at the drive-through. I only came because of a coupon I had and that will continue to be the case. I would never willingly choose Popeyes because of the terrible service you get at basically every location.

I recently had chicken strips from this restaurant and they were the worst chicken strips that I’ve ever had!
This restaurant has sure went downhill since I was last a regular customer and it is very sad to see.
The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned regularly.
The young cashier was friendly but you could tell she did not care about her job by her demeanor.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never go back to this restaurant.

Please remove this from DoorDash. This is the worst restaurant for both drivers and customers. These people start placing orders as soon as the driver comes to the restaurant. They don’t know how much time they waste. They make the driver wait for 20-25 minutes for 5, 7$ and then place the order. Please remove this restaurant from DoorDash and all delivery platforms. And now after reply from you popes they doing same thing even more then that in ride tones really frustrating please never come to this store

I am a dasher and everytime i come to pick up an order I can’t believe my eyes. The store is always dirty. I mean gross. Two days ago I went in and used the restroom before picking up my order. The front doors were so caked in filth they were cloudy. The bathroom was disgusting. Poopy toilet paper on the floor. Every service was dirty. I didn’t want to touch anything. The floor was unswept and tables were dirty. There were only two employees and they were not busy. I’ve never eaten here and I never will. I was afraid for that customer to eat his sandwich.
