I always enjoy a Great State burger.
This location is nicely situated downtown and holds up to the standards I’ve received at other Great States.
The burgers and fries (and fry sauce) are nice and tasty. I’m always satisfied with what I get. I love that they have Jones Soda on tap. It’s a tad pricey but the quality is there.
This location is pretty nice. A good amount of seating for a downtown storefront. There’s even a little hangout area with limited games.
I have found that the operating hours for this location can fluctuate from time to time over the past few years. I.e. I’m never 100% sure they will be open when I think they will be. But that seems to have stabilized recently as I haven’t seen any changes for a while.
Overall, a very good option for a burger downtown.

You’re better off going to McDonald’s. The $11 great state burger was small and dry. Bun was not toasted. Also, their social media advertised free fries through their app on Fridays. The only “free” fries I could find was a 60 cent discount for creating an account. The employee at the counter was not helpful at all, she just said “I don’t know” over and over.. though I don’t blame her for the lack of training.

Burgers definitely of fast food quality and don’t come with fries. Fries and drink are an additional $11! The fries are like a small McDonalds size and the soda was entirely flat. Fries were too salted and staff looked like they didn’t really want to be there. Also even though this wasn’t during my time there I was passing by a few weeks prior and the whole buildings fire alarm was going off for at LEAST a half hour. Skip this place. Try somewhere else instead.

Great place to have a burger for lunch or dinner if you are looking for a quick bite. The service is fast, and you can expect to get your burger in less than 15 minutes of waiting time.

I ordered a great state burger and a hot coffee. It was cold in Seattle, so it was great to have a hot coffee. The burger was quite delicious and juicy.

Really disappointing.

Got their signature burger and fries combo. The highlight was that the fries were ok crinkle cuts. But whatever they are using for ketchup is really bad. Sweetened tomato paste.

The lowlight was the burger. Small, mushy, and the thin grey beef patty had an off flavor.

Their soda machine varieties are Jones soda, but the first 3 I tried were empty, putting out seltzer water. That should be unacceptable for a burger place at lunch time.

Overall, for $17 (and they ask for a tip) you’d get a much better tasting burger meal at McDonald’s or an average fast food place. I wouldn’t come back here.

Nice little place to get a burger! Loved the option upon entrance to place my order and have a text message alert when it was ready. There is also regular counter service if that’s your thing.
Fun little arcade area to play in while waiting, and TVs playing different sports programs during my visit.
The burger was delicious, and the fries were crisped perfectly. My absolute favorite had to be the State Sauce. Omg SO GOOD.

Self-ordering is convenient and helpful during busy periods. I liked the crinkle-cut fries, they had good flavor and were cooked crispy which is how I like fries. Upon taking my boss burger out of the bag, it felt smaller than I expected – which was primarily because it was missing a patty. I brought it up to the counter and they were quick to make a whole new one correctly. It was still not a substantially sized burger, but about right for lunch and it had good flavor. Jones soda selection is a nice alternative to the typical big-brand machines.

Really good food. The burger actually tasted like it was meat! The service is excellent and the prices are only a few bucks more than fast food but considerably better quality.

It’s a fine burger place. Not bad, but not the best of all time. The biggest selling points are it is walking distance from the Amazon office buildings and if you don’t want to pay too much, the prices are under $10. Ex: I got a burger for $8.25. Albeit the portions are proportional to the size (they are small). I got a burger ($8.25 + $1 caramelized onions) and onion rings ($7) from them and I enjoyed them both. I also got their chocolate malt shake and that was good

Inside is new and warm. I like how they have kiosks where you can order your burger. Reminds me of the kiosks at Shake Shack. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Service is fine. You order at the kiosk so there’s not too much server interaction. They took a bit longer with my order but I think that’s because I ordered onion rings and they take longer to make.

$93 dollars for 3 fast food burgers and the equivalent of a McDonald large fries and a corndog.

Booths are small as balls.

It’s ungodly expensive.

Told them we have an allergy, they put it in a side dish….
