That’s my second time at Wendy’s franchise… and I liked it – again !
The stuff is friendly and is doing a good job.
The burger (double stack) presented quite well and tasted good; 2 patties, a slice of cheese (cheddar?), pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard. The fries, we’re great, had a good taste and crunchiness.
The frozen chocolate tasted very good. Though the straws are not suitable for that. Please either give a spoon or bigger straws !
Also I tasted the chili Nuggets. They turned out ok, but not „brilliant“. Just „ok“.
The Ghost Pepper Sauce/Dip is kind of nice. You can serve yourself ketchup. I don’t know if they do refill.
Restrooms are clean.
The restaurant itself was clean, but not really inviting to stay. Shades or a few more seatings outside would be nice.
Mobile order works good, though I believe is prepared as you arrive. But also it seems I hade an unusual ordering process, so I needed to tell ’em by arrival.
One little downside, was the stuff searching for my bill in the trash and taped it on the bag, well…!?

Good food but disappointing service. A smile is always well accepted by the customer, seeing someone who receives orders listlessly and without a smile towards the customer lowers the level of the place. Women’s bathroom closed and unusable. The only bathroom available was the men’s bathroom which was in a pitiful state, dirty and smelling bad. Tip 1: serve at the cash registers more cordially. Tip 2: keep the bathroom cleaner and try to make people available to use the other one too.

The salad was fantastic, super delicious! It took a couple visits to the counter to get all of the parts of it because unfortunately they did not train their new staff well enough that some of the components needed to be pulled from a fridge and handed to us with the salads. I was able to pay for extra meat with one of the salads, additional dressing was provided at no extra charge which was nice.

Amazing location! Always clean, despite being on Duval Street. The team are always friendly, accurate, and quick. The food is fresh every time. I am a Conch and it is a place I frequent because they are just that great every time. Moise is especially always awesome. Great place!

Manager Moise runs a professional operation, ensuring a clean environment at all times. His staff try their best in cramped conditions. They also have to contend with customers in various states of sobriety (or not), people off the street using the lavatories, and rapid turnover during busy periods. The fresh tenders and chili are recommended!

I was expecting the worst after seeing so many negative reviews regarding this Wendy’s location, but fortunately I had no issues with my late-night, post-bar hopping visit. It was just a 5-minute wait for my meal, and it came out as hot and delicious as I wanted it to.
