I just went through the drive-thru for a quick bite, Junior cheeseburger deluxe and a medium Oreo brownie frosty. The young man at the window handed me a cup with the vanilla soft serve and just a little bit of hot fudge. I asked him where the Oreo and the brownie pieces were and he looked very complexrd like he never heard of this menu item before in his life. So he took it back in the window and then just mixed it up a little bit. I asked him about Oreo pieces and brownie pieces and he looked very perplexed again. So he took it back in and sprinkled the tiniest bit of Oreo just on the top. I don’t think that young man was with us here in realit, his head was definitely somewhere else and I am mightily disappointed

AVOID! I’ve been going here for years and this place it has become the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. But if you do come here here’s how your experience will go.
You’ll pull up to the drive thru (likely wait 5 minutes before anyone says anything). Once they are ready you will read out your order and they will completely not capture anything you ordered besides asking about the sauce. Like today I had to repeat my order 3 times. It was chicken nuggets and fries. Then have to tell the size another 2-3 times.
Then you pay. They don’t say anything to you. They stick their arm out the window take your card and slam the window shut. I’ve had better customer service from a bathroom attendant.
You will get to the window and they will fling the window open and almost throw the bag at you without saying a word then slam the door shut.
I get home and look in the bag and you would have thought I ordered raisins. These chicken nuggets must have been in the bottom of the fryer since last Tuesday. Threw the entire meal right into the trash.
So if you want no customer service, food I wouldn’t feed my dog, and feel like your money was basically stolen from you then Wendy’s on Belmont Avenue is the place for you!
And I welcome their customer service to reply to this review, but I doubt it because the customer service at this place is terrible.

Apparently at Wendy’s on Belmont a chicken blt doesn’t come with the T and when you order a medium fry, it really means no fries for you ♀️ this place is trash and the people’s attitudes are probably why!! Go absolutely anywhere else before you go here!

Never had an issue at this place overall that’s considered reasonable. The only time I might get irritated is if I have to wait in a long line in the Drive-Thru when picking up a delivery order but that’s no one’s fault it’s just part of the job on both sides. It gets busy and you got to be patient. Employees are pretty cool with Me overall.

I ordered a spicy chicken Asiago sandwich and when I opened it up the chicken was split in half. The chicken not only looked overcook it looked dry and old. When I went inside to say something about it the girl asked me what’s wrong you don’t want no broken chicken. I had to pause and just stare at her cause are you serious. Are we not looking at the same sandwich??? I asked for my money back. I ran outside to grab my phone cause I tapped to pay and when I came back inside she handed me a sandwich. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just left. I will never come here again! I don’t trust this sandwich. I’m not eating this.

Salads are Supposed to be made fresh daily. Never seem to get the food right when we do drive thru and ordered a salad to have it chock full of brown and wilted slimy leaves. Have yet to get a response from management about my complaint. Customer service was rude and wouldn’t put a manager on the phone 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break spent sitting in drive thru waiting to get this… Ordered along with a spicy chicken sandwich that was dripping with grease I would ring it out.

Why do i use the app if they dont prepare the order until i make it to the intercom?
Ordered at 645…got my combo at 730. 40 minutes in the drive thru. NEVER felt so stupid as waiting for garbage food that i paid for 40 minutes prior. Incompetence, zero value.

Ordered a bacon egg sandwich and got sausage and ordered meal and thry forgot the coffee and potatoes. Horrible service. Never had issues here before and thry did away wirh the classic breakfast sandwich I don’t like biscuits or croissants. Really you could just use a bun?

The image shows what you get when you ask for a Dave’s single with only lettuce and tomato, or at least what today’s version is. This store is VERY hit or miss. On 3/15 I asked for a Dave’s single with only lettuce and tomato. The cashier correctly notated this, but the kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to make orders.
ALSO: I never get hot food from here while ordering delivery. It’s really cool.

After SEVEN MONTHS, we decided to try again. When I ordered my burger with lettuce and tomato. they put on mayonnaise on instead. It’s impressive to get to to there. To this day, you will struggle with customized food. Probably not going again.
