I had a very disappointing experience at Church’s on Sycamore View on March 5, 2026 around 5:40 PM. The customer service was extremely unprofessional.
When I first pulled up to the drive-thru, the cashier asked what I wanted. After I told her my order, she completely ignored me, so I had to pull around to the window. When I got to the window, the cashier told me the total, but when I tried to hand her the money she turned her back and started to get on the phone.
Another employee who was near the food had to come to the window and repeat the total. When I tried to give her the money, she snatched it out of my hand. Then when she gave me my food, she basically threw the bag toward me through the window.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you’re working in customer service, you should treat customers with basic respect. I came to spend my money and expected decent service, but instead I was treated very rudely. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve better.

1st time in a long time that I’ve came and the cashier actually smiled and ask how are you. Of course she knew. I hope the other employees bad and nasty attitude doesn’t rub off on new lady. However I ask to speak with manager if I can get two spicy legs instead of thigh. 1st off she never came to see what the customer needed. The new lady had to ask for me. The manager was rude and nonchalant. This location the females ALWAYS have a bad attitude Always. People spend there money and get terrible service. The manager needs a reality check.

My experience was great with Maya, I ordered the 16pc, but paid more, I asked why wasn’t it 29.99 instead of the $44 I paid. She said she was instructed by management to give what we asked for, I was really taken back, but the young lady Maya was so sweet and had GREAT customer service skills.

My complaint is that I only ordered the 16pc because it was on the sign, but because I didnt say special, I was charged full price because the manager didn’t want them to offer if we didnt say.

Thanks to Maya, for her great customer service- she was a sweetheart ❤️

Their customer service is terrible. I love the chicken recipe, but not enough to spend money on an establishment that doesn’t care enough to provide decent service. Every time I come here they have attitudes. I went tonight approximately 6:30p and originally asked for the 16 piece meal, she did inform me it will be a 20 minute wait. I decided against the wait and went with a 4 piece meal instead. Got to the window and asked to just go with the 16 piece and I’ll wait, the cashier gave me attitude and told me I would have to go back around the drive thru and reorder. Funny thing is I have a choice on where I spend my money, so I just left and went to Popeyes. This establishment needs a reality check, customer’s is what keeps your establishment open, we can go anywhere for some chicken. Sad establishment

Coworker shared her Church’s chicken from this location with me and it was the best ever!! I almost never ate fried things for about 20 years because my oldest had serious issues with fried foods. But this chicken was light, crispy, and JUICY!! I’m hooked Haven’t been inside …. hopefully y’all are nicer than what some of the reviews say Manager’s …. be careful about hiring amazing people ✨️ CORPORATE …. send them some love and reward great people!! If I could do zero stars, I would every time I come to this location they disappoint me every single time in this was the last time I wanted the Texas feast which is a two piece leg and thigh a biscuit and a pepper I get to the speaker . I asked if I can get two legs, the answer was no then I get to the window. She tells me they only have one leg in original and the rest spicy, I asked for original why not tell me when I’m ordering that y’all are out of original instead of giving me the last piece of the original that was full of oil and soggy then the spicy was warm not hot. I should have just sat there and waited for 17 minutes. she told me that the original will take every time I come to this location. They don’t have hot sauce. They don’t have biscuits. They don’t have this. They don’t have that this location should just shut down at this point.

The day crew did a fantastic job. Food comes out hot, and the chicken is very juicy. I have not been to Church’s in years, and the recipe has changed for the better. Their spicy chicken is actually spicy and full of flavor. I have zero hesitation coming here again when I am in the area.

I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, I was told at the window to “go around,” with no explanation or courtesy. This was not only frustrating—it was completely disrespectful.
Every staff member I encountered was unprofessional, and instead of resolving the issue, the managers chose to argue back and forth with me. Their behavior was the total opposite of how a customer should be treated.
No customer patronizing your business should ever be treated so unfairly and poorly. I have never seen anything like it. It was, without exaggeration, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and extremely dissatisfied.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Church’s Chicken, and I will be sharing my experience with others to caution them as well. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior and service standards at this location.

Yesterday the food i received was hot and fresh. Sycamore view location normally has fresh food. I think the grease needs to be changed more often. Other than that it’s my number 1 place for chicken. I pick churches over Popeyes and Kentucky.
