I ordered a chicken chimichanga and a #11 and ended up with a steak burrito, 5 rolled tacos, and a #11. I understand they were busy, but for you to be that far off is crazy to me. I got home and after I noticed, I decided whatever it was busy and went to another Beto’s location and ordered yet another chicken chimichanga and ended up with a steak chimichanga. The first Beto’s, I should have checked, but the second one, I did, and there was SHREDDED CHICKEN on top, but was filled with steak.

I’ll be taking my business to Rancherito’s or literally anywhere else from now on.

The food is almost mediocre and for $20 a plate they will not give you more than two of those tiny little things of hot sauce. I specifically asked her for a lot of hot sauce and she gave me two. Tapped on the window and asked for one and she said all she could give me was one more. Freaking cheap. You’re charging me 20 bucks for a plate of mediocre food and you won’t even give me enough salsa to make my food spicy?! Yeah I’m never going to go there again they can go out of business for all I care

Went downhill after ownership/name change. We live basically next door to this Betos, and have been going there for over 10 years. We went while they were working on the name change from Rancheritos earlier this summer, it was still ok for quick Mexican. Went today for the first time in a few months, and was severely disappointed. Carnitas plate was 15$, not any more food than the burrito. Only a couple street tacos worth of meat. Also was very unappetizing looking, and both it and the breakfast burrito had NO flavor. Couldn’t even finish it because the taste and texture of the guac, rice, and beans was so awful.

I like the food here specially the flan, but the service was extremely disappointing this time. I ordered through the DoorDash app as a customer, not as a delivery driver. Yes, I also do DoorDash, so I fully understand how pickups work—but that’s not the point here.
As a paying customer, I selected the drive-through for a reason. I should not be required to go inside the store to pick up my own order. There are valid reasons people choose the drive-through: safety concerns, exhaustion after a long workday, or simply wanting a quick and smooth pickup.
To make matters worse, I had to make a U-turn on 54 and then another U-turn just to be able to park and go inside. That’s unnecessary inconvenience, especially when a drive-through option is offered.
Food quality aside, the service experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Please do better. Very disappointed. I really hope you stop doing this immediately.

Listen, I love salt, I really, really do. But, the food here is way too salty. I’ve gotten a shrimp burrito from here once, and I think they used ocean water they lived in as seasoning. I must have forgotten which restaurant that I got it from for me to go back again tonight. The guacamole tastes like they poured all the salt they had into it. Unbearably salty. I really don’t recommend this Beto’s. I have never had a bad experience at any of their other restaurants. They should either hire completely new people, or just close for good honesty…

I’ve been coming here since I was child and now as an adult. I’ve never had an issue but recently the customer service has been horrible. I don’t normally write reviews especially negative ones but it’s been horrible recently. There’s an older woman who works in the mornings and I’ve never had a good experience with her, I work in food service so I know it’s tough so I always make sure to be kind but there gets a point. She’s constantly rude and always gives me opposite what I ask for. Aside from the horrible customer service the food hasn’t gotten any better either. It’s gone down in quality!! I hope this is resolved soon.

My first time visiting this establishment and I found it to be a strong lesson in mediocrity at best. I love Mexican cuisine and like Chinese food, it’s really difficult to locate a quality establishment. This location, however, is handicap accessible. Kudos to the owner for making this possible. Lastly, the churros I ordered were worth maybe fifty cents each. They tasted like they were rushed during the cooking process. I would have to say that I don’t want to go back to Rancherito’ s anymore but that’s my opinion… maybe you’ll like it?

I went to the drive thru today. And the lady that was taking my order, was not begin polite and when I went to the window. She asked me what sauce I wanted, I told her like three times what kind of salsa she hade? at the end I told her I wanted green salsa came home with two red salsas plus she was really rude saying thank you and gave me a really bad look. But otherwise the food is delicious. It’s not cold. Now why is the food so expensive or is it just me, I got a chimiganga with no pico, extra avo and sour cream for $21. (With the wrong salsa that I asked for).

I visited this location on December 4th for dinner before work. I ordered a California burrito with no pico de gallo, added shrimp, and added sour cream, for which I paid extra. When I got to work and started eating my dinner, I realized there was no sour cream in my burrito. As a result, the burrito was extremely dry. I only ate half and had to throw the other half away. I tried calling the location to let them know, but the phone number goes straight to a non-working line. I hope this can be addressed, as I paid for the add-ons and didn’t receive my order correctly.
