Couldn’t understand the employee clearly over the intercom, which led to getting a chicken chalupa instead of the beef one I ordered. When we got to the window and asked to fix it, the worker said they couldn’t change it because it was already made. I found that frustrating — mistakes happen, but they should be willing to correct them when it’s clear there was a miscommunication. The person at the window was polite, but overall the experience wasn’t great. Better communication would go a long way.

Tried to go into the store to place an order at 5:00 and I see just a bunch of people inside but behind the counter like it was a family party and was closed. The employee just stared at me when I tried to open the door and didn’t say anything, so out of awkwardness just got in my car and less this Taco Bell is questionable every time I come so I’m just gonna have to travel out and go to a different. Take the extra miles and go to a different Taco Bell then this one .

Today I ordered 2 bean burritos no red sauce and a soft taco supreme.
Instead of giving me my total they want to know if I want spaghetti or asparagus on what I ordered or if I wanted this or that or the other thing.
I GOT 2 BEAN BURRITOS WITH RED SAUCE AND NO ONIONS.
I GIESS IM DONE WITH TACO BELL.

i usually always get everything i ordered sometimes not but usually i do & they make their food well. customer service is okay but today when i came through the drive through to pick up a mobile order, the lady handing me my drink had dirt all over her hands & dirt under all her nails & did not use any manners just handed me my drink & shut the window & walked off. really grossed me out honestly.

If you’re that Miserable… get a new job or advance your career so much if you hate acting presentable. I ordered two burritos and the man taking the order just didn’t want to be there and had the worst attitude I’d seen. I was fast with my order and polite up until he handed me the food and I suggested he get a new job if he is so Miserable. Hope he sees this and does something about the state of himself.

I went through the drive-through yesterday long story short they told me my order was $24.42. They ended up charging my account $29.30. I went back up there. The manager told me it was my fault that I used the Taco Bell app and I sat there and told her I did not use the Taco Bell app. I went through the drive-through and they told me I had to bring the food back to get a refund which is weird because you can’t even resell that food it goes in the trash And when they pulled out the receipt yesterday and they told me OK yeah we overcharged your account they still tried to justify it and say that they were in the right and I’m in the wrong never go to this location they will scam you and the manager is the absolute worst!!

I love Taco Bell. I’ve been to more locations than I care to admit. I eat Taco Bell at least once every other week. This locations is among the best. In my 10+ visits to this particular location, staff have always been friendly, the location is clean, and items are filled more than I would expect of a typical location. Nothing else you could ask for.
