Our server Thu was great. she was very attentive to the table and brought out our water refills without having to be asked. she was on top of making sure that we were taken care of and satisfied with our food. She was very helpful with explaining the lobster fest and gave us ideas of what she liked off the menu which was helpful. Most of all she had a really great attitude and was warm and welcoming.

A fantastic meal with great choices. We had a very good server. She was informative, friendly and beautiful. We will be back. Even tho we were the guests of someone else paying the bill including the tip, we handed our server an extra $20 for the excellent service. She also highlighted many items on the menu that we might like to order. She was right about almost every item. I love seafood and this is a great place to fi d some.

Have mercy. I’m not sure how they managed to give me one singular solitary MINISCULE slice of lemon for my entire salmon filet. Is there a shortage or something?? And why did i pay over $4.00 for an extra side of Orzo Rice just to receive half a serving?! So very disappointed in this place. Will not be ordering from here again.

I had Fauna as a server she was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Drinks were refilled quickly, questions about the menu were answered thoughtfully, and she checked in at just the right times. Her friendly attitude really added to the overall experience and made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to have service that feels this effortless and genuine — we’ll definitely be back.

We were in a couple nights ago for dinner and had Fauna as a waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. She was attentive but not in our way. She is so kind and one of the best servers. The food was great and everyone was very nice. Great restaurant!

Today my son had a school concert and afterwards we decided to go here and eat. The staff was friendly and kind our servers name this time was Fauna. I would 10 out of 10 give her a pay raise she is doing a fantastic job and gave us great recommendations tonight. If you want good food service ask for Fauna. We ended up getting crab legs which we usually do and this time we tried the lemon pepper butter. It was fantastic!!! Its my new favorite butter I can’t wait untill next time. The chicken strips look kinda good and I might give them a try too! I would say this place is kinda expensive but you get good food, service and quality time with your family ❤️

Stacy is a amazing waitress. She went above and beyond for her tables. After having a nice conversation with her we found out today is only her 3rd day on the floor, let me tell you costumer service is in her blood that is for sure. Always a great family spot! Kiddos love to look at the lobsters. My son even got to hold one before here and got a certificate ! so cute! This time we had Thu and she was awesome !! Checking in on us, super kind and even got my son a ice-cream sundae for winning his hockey tournament and choosing his favorite restaurant, Red Lobster !

Im assuming we went on an off night judging by the other reviews, but our expirence was terrible. Our waitress was very friendly, however the food was terrible. We were missing almost half of our order, each person at the table not just us. Our crab legs were still frozen. Fries were cold and tasted like they were day old and microwaved. Judging by others sitting near us, pretty much everyone had the same issues by overhearing their complaints. There was nothing comped. Never again. Do better………
UPDATE … Red Lobster made it right with me by providing me with a gift card to give them a second chance at an amount greater than my total bill. So hats off for that. Changed from a 2 star to a 4 star
