The customer service and attitudes at this family owned business leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. Lobby closed, no response at the walk-up window but the sign does say its not a priority but drive thru was the best option. The lady in drive thru had a nasty response to everything without provocation. Won’t return and you should proceed with caution.

Solid food from Dairy Queen this time around. The biggest issue for this location is that sometimes the drive thru line extends onto the street but thats due to a surplus of demand rather than a slowness of service. Solid quality this time around and my first time getting onion rings here and I strongly encourage them over the cheese curds which are usually super dry from any dairy queen. Also, putting onion rings on a flamethrower burger is a big play.

This Hampton location has great service and great quality food. I’ve eaten here four times in the past two weeks and every time I’ve experienced great customer service.
Most recently I ordered through the app and this experience too went smoothly… which is saying something considering this location usually has a line of cars that far exceed their parking lot.
These qualities exist in stark contrast to other fast food establishments in the area such as McDonald’s. Thank you for doing a great job.

This family owned location is my fave but I was beyond disappointed after staying in the line for 15-20 minutes and repeating my order 3 times, it was still wrong. $8 deal with chs burger no ketchup with hot fudge with whole nuts. Burger indeed has ketchup and the sundae had chopped which I caught before leaving window. Whoever made the correction didn’t put the top back on right which caused half of the sundae to be in the bottom of the bag. After dealing with a Lupus flare for several days and finally having an appetite I was so upset. I will definitely complete the survey as the team of girls were busy chatting which I am sure caused the confusion and lack of attention to the order

I hadn’t eaten at a DQ in a very long time. Someone brought me an order of onion rings and I’ve been hooked since. These are possibly the best onion rings of any restaurant. They are perfectly crispy without being burnt. The perfect complement to your burger, which is also delicious.
So, stop by a DQ and get yourself a burger, onion rings and definitely add a shake. For the love of all things tasty, get a shake!! I’m about that chocolate life but you do you.

Food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Treats are superb and made right! They always get my food correct and my order is out quickly, though they have very long lines if you wait in drive through. That just speaks to their popularity!

I’m not sure if you can dine inside, there might only be the drive through option. The parking lot is small and if there is a long line it may not be possible to join the line due to it being positioned at the intersection of two busy streets. The ice cream blizzards are satisfying treats.
