This was a nice change! The baked potatoes (Spuds) are absolutely huge. Both came out hot and loaded with toppings, making for a very satisfying meal.

The general manager Penni at McAlister’s Deli was absolutely amazing when taking our order! Penni were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was correct while keeping such a positive attitude. You can really tell she cares about both the customers and the quality of service. It made our experience even better and we left feeling appreciated. Big shoutout to her for going above and beyond — we’ll definitely be back!

Pretty decent lunch spot. The sandwich I got was pretty good. The flavors weren’t the best I’ve had, but that was probably just my choice. The ingredients were fresh and of a high quality, so I’m sure I just haven’t found my favorite menu item yet. I had their tomato bisque soup and it was delicious! Definitely better than some other big chain sandwich shops.

I’ve now had McAlister’s twice, and both times I was given burnt sandwiches. Totally blackened bread. The second time I had one burnt sandwich, and the other barely toasted with a burnt spot in the middle. I have never and would never send food like this out of my kitchen. I remake it so the customer is happy with their meal. Unhappy customer means poor reviews and less business. Had the bread not been ruined so badly, the sandwich would actually be really good. I think they’ve just got lazy cooks or low standards. Maybe both.

The food is good but not worth going back. I went in today and yes, it was lunch hour so I understand them being busy but they did NOT handle the rush well at all. The wait was 40 minutes just to GET THE FOOD MADE, I thought this was supposed to be a moderate fast place (since it has a drive thru) but no, and the main reason I was so upset was because I waited in the long line just to get up there and that’s when they told me about the insane wait.

The service was amazing, the guy who took our order was extremely friendly went the extra mile to get what what we needed, on top of that the waitresses came to our table multiple times to take away dishes and made sure we had enough sauce. The food was amazing, I got the Cuban and the pork on it was juicy and superb, then I got the grilled chicken salad, not one wilted piece of lettuce it was million dollar attention to detail. I even got a free mango peach iced tea as well!! Ten out of ten GO HERE!

2023 update: Good BLT+A with Cup of Country Potato Soup and a great Pecan Berry Salad ordered on this visit. A huge, corporate?, order was observed this time. Yes, it’s still a treat to eat here while traveling since the only location in Utah has closed. Last visit: Both of us ordered the corned beef and pastrami sandwich. A huge amount of meat so I took half of my sandwich home. This visit just reminded me of what I’m missing in the delicious food, the great iced tea (even unsweet!), friendly employees. Saw a lot of salads delivered to tables so they must be popular. Enjoy!

Place an order online was supposed to be ready at 12:44. I got there was told to pull into spot B so I did. 1:00 came around. I still didn’t have my order. When they finally brought it to me I was missing my chips had to go to back to work. Didn’t have time to wait any longer. Really disappointed in you guys

With the high review rating. It was a no-brainer to try this place out. For as busy as it was when we first came in everybody was taking care of really quick. We got our food really quick and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend check in this place out
