I am so glad I made an impromptu stop at the tw smokehouse! Everything was incredible!
I had the two meat plate with grilled chicken and pulled pork with the country beans and cucumber salad! All the flavor is so delicious! I also had a brisket taco which was also amazing! Go get some bbq fast this place is 5 star treat !

I had the brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was so tender I could cut it with a fork. The pulled pork was great. You have to get the corn pudding. I was hesitant at first due to the name — what in the world is corn pudding? I can tell you it is like crack. I couldn’t get enough. The people were super friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

I’m a big fan of Third Wave, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down. Got takeout on a Saturday early evening. Ribs and pulled pork sandwich. Both were good and moist enough to be eaten without any “extra” sauce, but weren’t exceptional. I do prefer my BBQ a little saucier, so I was a little bummed I didn’t get any sauce in the bag, but that’s on me for not asking for it.
Sides: TW Slaw seemed to have an Asian twist. I liked the idea, but the flavor was a bit dull. Same for the cucumber salad. It was fresh, but needed more of a flavor kick. Ribs came with a side of bread…that was just literally slices of bread. Not even buttered or toasted. I was expecting some nice Texas Toast, but nope…just plain bread. Mac & cheese was good, but not especially memorable. Banana pudding was very good.
I know they opened fairly recently, so I’ll check back in a few months and see if they’ve been able to fine tune the menu.
