Ive been going to this taco bell for years….today i was DISGUSTED I
.literally presented with my eyes the employee opening sauce packets with his mouth and putting the sauce in the meals when I said something they started talking in another language and I left… this has been reported to their corporate office to doordash since the pick up order was placed through there and to the health department aswell

This place is awful; the tortillas on the Mexican pizza taste rancid. It’s happened to me three times I’ve bought from this place. If you don’t want to eat a terrible meal, don’t go.

Frightening. Locked inside the bathroom. Almost had to scream for help but thankfully I found a button to let me out. I don’t think the staff would have paid attention enough to hear a scream, or care to let me out, or even understand what I would have said.

Very rude staff give me a broken taco as a combo when I went up to the counter to tell them that it was all broken. They started speaking in Creole right in my face and started laughing hand me another taco and still were laughing and talking looking right at me. I would never go there again

There is a gentleman by the name of Oliver J that tended to me this evening through the drive thru and he demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service. Politely asked for a moment to gather himself before I ordered due to the high volume of customers present. Reiterated my order correctly after I had placed it as well as clearly told me the price. As soon as I got to the window to pay for my meal, he approached me with such a friendly smile, again reiterated my order to make sure it was correct, took my card and gave it back with care, making sure I didn’t drop it. Professional, nicely and neatly dressed, exhibited qualities of a leader and at such a young age as well.
I’ve gone to this location on several occasions and the customer service is usually below average but Oliver truly made this visit one to remember. Whether this is his first job, or he plans to make it a career, or moves on to something else he exhibits the qualities of a leader that is scarce within many, and I wish him the best on whichever endeavors he decides to pursue. Genuinely give this kid a raise.

This is my second time ordering from this location and the second time they have messed up my order
The first the forgot half my order and now the have cheese on it and I’m allergic. I specifically put no cheese for a reason
Tried calling went straight to voicemail which was an even bigger let down
I ordered a freeze and got colored water basically as idk what it is
If no star was available I would definitely choose that option
