They no longer have breakfast but that is okay with me I always wanted lunch to begin with. I would order some nuggets and said they can drop but would take like 6 minutes wait said no worries. Now lunch for breakfast is better. So friendly staff , new management always clean very polite and well mannered crew. I will be coming back to this location all the time!!

Never pull forward for drive thru workers asking you to do so. They are incapable of doing their job and want to make their numbers look better by having you move. It’s purely to bump their drive thru times because they’re slow. And by doing so you take away their incentive to actually do their job in a timely manner.

OVERCHARGED and MISSING ITEMS. Ordered 2 meals. Got charged for one and then got charged a $3 drink and a $13 nugget (20count). Then was just gonna charge me a burger. When you get the meal it’s cheaper !!! So we got overcharged. She also didn’t add the other 10ct nugget count we said at the ordering intercom. She repeated my meal back to me at the window but SOMEHOW didn’t didn’t put it in right – and got overcharged

I love Wendy’s but this location always gives me rather regrettable experiences. The manager seems to hate having to speak with customers, the orders are always slow even when ordering ahead on the app to avoid the lunch rush there is always a wait and bad service, worth pointing out though the food almost never disappoints other than the occasional crooked burger and cold fries/old nuggets. Customer service is essential to maintain business specially places like Wendy’s and I would hate to stop going there due to something like this. It’s not hard to smile, a good attitude goes a long way.

I went in because I had a coupon for $5 off my order. But when I tried using it the cashier kept asking me what coupon I was trying to use, I explained to her it was for $5 off a $25, my order was clearly over $25 but she still told me it wouldn’t work. Until I found out later that she only charged me for half of my order, instead of all of it at once, so I wasn’t able to use my coupon. Afterwards I tried to get ice for my drink, but their soda dispenser was out, so I went to the front counter to ask for ice. Seeing as we were the only customers there, I one would expect that you wouldn’t have to wait a long time before one of the crew members would ask if you needed anything, but I was wrong, instead of helping me they decided to just chat amongst themselves. At this point I tried calling someone over to help me, and finally one of the employees came over to ask me what I needed, I told her I wanted ice, she said ok, then walked away, I guess in hopes someone else would help me. I flag the manager on duty down and asked for their GM’s number, to which he replied that she wasn’t in the store, and I told him that that’s why I needed their number. He went off into the back and came back with a number as seen in the picture. After I messaged the number, for some reason the entire staff decided to go lock themselves in a room in the back. Leading me to believe that the number they gave me was not the right number. I’ve also included a picture of the store unattended because they all decided that they needed to go talk in the back than actually help customers. Overall foods good, customer service is the absolute worse.
*so it’s been over a month, I tried contacting the manager and corporate, and have yet to hear from anyone. I assume the owner or the company don’t care about their customers, do yourself and your love ones a favor and avoid eating here. The staff and management is horrendous and their food mediocre. Look through the reviews, everyone that’s given it a low review has said the exact same thing I said. We can’t all be wrong or making it up. This is one of the worst restaurants staffed by the worst group of people in El Paso, and the manager should be fired for letting the restaurant and its employees be this bad.*

Food was cold and fries were so salty to the point that we can’t even eat them.
Service was decent, cashed was friendly but the lady that bring our food seems mad.
Atmosphere was depressing, there was no music, the only noise that we heard was the machinery on the back, it feels awkward because we don’t feel comfortable to have a conversation because everyone would hear it… it feels like we was punished or on time out

So Wendy’s isn’t typically a five star kind of place. It’s Wendy’s. However, this location was cleaner than usual and the one guy running the cash register was very friendly. It’s really those smaller things that set a place apart, especially when there are thousands of similar locations.
