I had a really great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and our server Naomi was a big reason why. She was so kind, sweet, and welcoming from the start. Naomi was very fast with taking our order, bringing drinks, and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. She was also super helpful with the menu and made great suggestions.

Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed positive and attentive the whole time. Her great service made our visit smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how much she cared about making sure we had a good experience. I would definitely come back and hope to have Naomi as our server again!

The food is amazing. We ordered an appetizer consisting of tortilla chips and a variety of dipping sauces. The queso was my personal fav for dipping the chips in. The main meal that i recomend is the all american burger. It was quite delicious with the meat patties melting in my mouth. The waitress was kind and attentive to pur needs, and the wait for food wasn’t terrible. Plus the free wifi is fast and efficient.

My first time dining at this location. I accidently forgot my purse and was told no one turned in a purse. I assumed the waiter would have turned it in since he has to clean off our tables. I called endlessly and was just told that they’d let me know. Finally, I show up and ask the manager for help and show him a picture of my purse. I called corporate so they could check the cameras as I suspect an employee took it. Corporate called me and said they’d check. Never received a call back from them or the store manager.

Gave my gift card along with my credit card for my bill. Got the bill back along with my credit card. Looked at the receipt and my $25 gift card was not taken off of the bill. The waitress said nothing about it. I asked her why the $25 wasn’t taken off. She said it was declined multiple times but she never mentioned that to me nor did she give the gift card back. So asked for it back and went to the front and asked them to check the balance and of course there was still $25 on the card. So she was stealing the gift card.

I come in to this location frequently and have to admit it is one of my favorite places to eat. As long as someone is understanding that at times it may be busy, majority of the employees go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. This being said I mainly seat myself at the bar when there is space open and have to absolutely give a shout out to Morgan R, Morgan O, Kayla, Lauren and Trinity when she works the bar. I’m telling you if you want an authentic AMERICAN experience head to this Bdubs on any given night and let the good times roll! If you’d prefer sitting in the dining room you can’t go wrong with Jaci as your server, she’s the sweetest and always takes the best care of her customers.

I placed my order on the app, and they said it would ready at 6:40 (35 minutes wait). I checked in at 6:40. My order was handed to me at 7:15. Got home in 5 minutes and everything was cold. I expected more from Buffalo Wild Wings! 1 hour & 10 minutes for cold food. So disappointed! Waiting is one thing but cold food is unacceptable!

I’m embarrassed that I sat on the waiting bench for 2 whole hours waiting for my name/order to be called only to find out my food has been sitting in the heater for an unknown amount of time. I arrived and placed an order online at 6:10pm, sat in my car and waited until about 6:25pm, at which point I decided to sit and wait inside.

With it being New Year’s Eve, I fully expected a packed restaurant and that’s exactly what I walked in to. There had to be at least 12-15 visibly frustrated customers huddled around the front desk as the short, young lady angrily calls out names and snaps back in frustration at customers when they ask for an update on their order. She acknowledged me by asking the name for my order, to which I replied very loud and clear “Tony.” I’m not expecting any miracles here and I understand the frustration when it comes to Door Dashers arriving and shoving their phone in her face while displaying little to no communication skills. I get it.

I opted to sit patiently and understandingly. I didn’t pick the right night for blazing fast service and I own up to that decision. At least, that’s how I felt until I yelled out “Is there an update for Tony. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours” that I became absolutely embarrassed and humiliated when a different lady and the manager responded by turning around and reaching into the heater to retrieve my order. That’s correct. I placed my order at 6:10pm and didn’t receive it until 8:10pm. No apology. No explanation. The manager turns away and heads toward the bar. This is totally unacceptable. On top of that, part of my order included 15 traditional wings and I only received 10.

I feel terrible for the other young lady that had to be the one to hand me my order. She was trying her best to fill in and she ended up being the punching bag for the other customers that were very upset. The manager, however, made no effort to make things right or offer any explanations. All he did was bring bagged orders up front, then disappear so the angry customers can express their frustrations to someone else. Not an ounce of Leadership displayed from him.

Needless to say, I will never order from this location again. This isn’t the first time I sat waiting for my pickup order only to find out it’s been sitting in the heater and nobody bothered to call out my name/order. As a matter of fact, the last time it was the same short, young lady calling out orders that were ready.

I followed the link provided in response to my review here and have yet to receive any follow up 9 days later. I contacted customer support and the first person that answered said nothing and all you can hear is conversations in the background for 90 seconds before they finally addressed me, then they hung up while I was explaining my experience. I called back and they offered Blazin’ Rewards Points and I declined. They then said they will call me back in 4-5 business days. What an absolute joke. Are you guys even trying anymore?

Customer Support has refused to connect me with a supervisor twice now. After explaining the circumstances over and over again, they literally laughed and made unprofessional comments like “Oh my god…” and refused to transfer me. Two separate customer service reps and they both hung up on me. I very rarely request compensation or refunds — I’ve never dealt with a company that is so unwilling to make things right to the point they’re laughing at me on the phone. I honestly don’t know who would be more embarrassed; myself for having to endure such childishness or the company that employs people that don’t care about their customers experience at all. Way to set the bar so low.

I physically showed up to the location and I really want to commend the manager Diana (spelling?) for helping me and making things right. Not only did she apologize on behalf of the staff and manager that night, she issued a full refund AND a gift card. She genuinely wanted to make it right and even showed me proof of the transaction! We need more Diana’s at that location!! THANK YOU, DIANA!!!

The manager needs to go. We waited an hour for food only to receive it COLD. While waiting in line to be seated the manager was on a personal call surrounded by 70+ people on a Sunday. I will say, there has been much better service here in the past, but that was when there were maybe 20 people here. And our server was great, but she was absolutely slammed and the manager was nowhere to be found in the entire hour after we saw her on a personal call on her cellphone. Sundays are game days, so therefor there should be all hands on deck, since seeing the manager she never once helped pass out food. Extremely disappointed in her. Servers were great, manager, horrible.
