This is the second day In a row I’ve ordered 2 royal cheesecake blizzards with extra cheesecake. No cheesecake in either (the best part). if I didn’t order via delivery I would’ve taken them back in for a refund. I would like to just get what I’m paying for. Not happy and I love this DQ.

Family came in today for lunch. They ordered some burgers and hotdogs and fries. Order was given to them wrong, got curds and fries instead. Waited 30 minutes was told burgers were being remade. They were NOT remade. Grandmother tried to get a refund and was told even tho they messed up, and then lied, we are responsible for the curds we ate that was given to us. No refund. Out of courtesy, those should have been given for free for being their mistake and making a family wait 40minutes for food they never recieved. The lady was extremely rude, kept talking over everyone with an attitude like the food we paid for inconvenienced her. After wasting 22 dollars ended up at McDonald’s bc everyone still hadn’t eaten. Was it that hard to remake an order and say I’m sorry for the mix up? Instead they blamed us for their mistake and refused to fix it? Lame and a waste of time and money. At best this location runs like crap and your manager needs retrained on basic customer service. Was planning on getting gift cards for the holidays but we will not be back. Can’t believe this is how you treat families and older members of the community. Fail

I just left there and ordered extra oreo in my blizzard just to find like maybe one crunched up cookie in it. I paid for extra and pretty much got no cookie in the blizzard and I haven’t been there in a while and now I remember why. Waste of my money will not return to that location again.

Awesome staff!! We came in right before closing for ice cream, and my husband had a cheeseburger. It hit the spot, and the young man at the front was friendly and courteous. A+!

Drive through experience is always terrible. We waited fifteen minutes after paying for our food. The meal deal came with Sundaes, which were given to us first and were completely melted by the time the food came. Once the food actually was brought out to us, it was missing one of the meals, causing a further fifteen minute delay to get rectified. Add in the time waiting to actually get through the drive thru line, and we were waiting an hour for cheap burgers and fries.

The service has gone down hill. This is the fudge topping I paid for. Kind of funny, but sub par. I love this place and hope they get the wait times decreased and service improved soon.

Regarding ordering a photo cake.
Tried ordering a couple of birthday cakes. The first cake ordered, the lady was rough to work with. When I went to pick it up it took about 10 minutes to find it. We got it and it was exactly what we ordered. The lady did a great job! Then a couple of days later I ordered another cake. They told me to email the picture. I did, I called to make sure they had it. They did not. I tried again, I had the wrong email address(my fault). I emailed to the right address and called to make sure they got it. The lady said she would talk to the cake decorator and would call me back. I waited two days no call. Called them and left a VM and said I have only a couple of days left to ensure I had a cake for the birthday party I would need confirmation by noon or Id have to go elsewhere. NO call ever. what a total disappointment. I have been going to this store since the 80’s but had I messed around with these folks anymore my child may not probably would not have a birthday cake for her party. I had to go to the North Olmsted store.
