Unfortunately my son likes this place but very very rarely do they not mix up or screw up our order. Even when they are not busy. Always have to pull around and wait as well anymore only for them to have no clue what’s going on. Last time we didn’t even receive our drinks. If it was up to me this place would be a hard pass.

Everytime I come here they have to pull you up in drive-thru and have to wait at least 10-15 min for your food. I thought this was FAST food also fries or nuggets come out cold from the wait

Ordered two orders of hotcakes through DoorDash. Each order comes with two butters and asked for three extras…only got a total of two. When I called the store to just let them know that they need to make sure everything is in the bags before letting it leave, I was met with “I’m sorry…we did run out of butter tho” i proceeded to say that if that was the case then they probably should’ve alerted the driver so they could tell me. I was then met with a rude attitude and got hung up on. Hopefully the manager sees this and retrains the employees.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and french fries. The Burger bun was very hard and stale and the fries were old, cold and soggy. The bar was already set low when we decided to get McDonald’s but somehow the staff provided a meal even worse than I was expecting. For how expensive this garbage was you would think the teenagers working there can tell the different between a hard bun and an edible one

TERRIBLE! We arrived at drive thru at 9:25pm with one car ahead of us. Our order totaled 24.96. We received our order at 9:48pm. I checked the bag before we left the window, sadly, this is routine these days due to all the incorrect orders! Every thing in bags. Drive home, give my daughter her cheeseburger(I guess that’s what they call it??) and I am beyond belief. Even for McDonalds! The only thing I’m happy about is there’s a spot to upload photos because I can’t describe it with words and if I could nobody would believe that an employee would seriously wrap that thing up!! Very Upset to say the least! I dont write reviews but I’m getting so sick of the price things cost these days and the quality of the product you receive!! I’ll also add I called the number on the receipt and never heard back from them!

Totally sucked. My burger was cold, fries where hot and my drink was only 3/4 full. On top of that they didn’t make my son’s burger the correct way or wrap them up completely. What a joke!!!!

Everything was on par. If you want fresh hot food and request made-to-order, they will definitely do that for you, no need to second guess. Only had one issue where I didn’t get my full order. So definitely a great McDonalds!
