I had a terrible experience a few years prior at this Popeyes and decided to give them another try just to be disappointed. Was given the wrong order and when asked about the drink being large we had a window shut in our face. Didn’t even give us a chance to finish our sentence. The girl working drive thru really needs to learn better mannerisms or find a different line of employment. It’s ashamed because after reading the other reviews you would’ve thought something would’ve been implemented by now…

We used the drive thru and were greeted in a friendly manner. We ordered chicken only and then a few oddball items. They worked the meal to our best value and we saved $7. Thank you for that. It was later in the evening but the chicken was good, the Mac n cheese was very good and creamy. Biscuits were a bit firm, not stale but not freshly baked that day but still edible. Overall a very good example of what fast food should be. Friendly service was a nice change of pace compared to other places we’ve visited lately.

This review is comparing to other fast food places. I have never frequented Popeyes much in the past, maybe 4 times ever. They always seemed high priced to me. I have stopped in a couple times when I had a coupon and found they didn’t have one of the main sides available, both times. I can’t remember what the side was but I want to say slaw. This time however was different. I had a coupon for a chicken sandwich combo, I liked the sandwich and seasoned fries. I didn’t have to use a kiosk, a person took my order. The register made a mistake and charged extra for fries but it was promptly remedied when I brought it up. The ice machine wasn’t working but they were working on it. All in all, I’d have to say that I have a different view of Popeyes now. I will likely stop back in and may even put it on my rotation of places I go, especially if the coupons keep coming in the mail. It seems they are addressing some of their past issues. I got some of their “hot” wings to go, I like hot. They aren’t that hot but we’re good none the less. Good job guys, I’m a tough customer and you hit the mark.

Ordered flounder meal with FF and drink. The drink tasted flat and the sandwich was stale and fish was dried out. There was very little tartar sauce and hardly warm. I will not ordered again.

Food and service was expertise! Food was FRESH and HOT. Customer service was good. Only thing I would ask for more is condiments. Sauce, jelly’s, etc. Being I paid almost $14.00 for one meal. I was content after leaving the drive thru tonight. Thank you Popeyes

The saying Good service can make up for bad food, BAD SERVICE CANT MAKE UP FOR GOOD FOOD. The African american lady running the drive thru today.WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! YOU WOULD THINK. SOMEONE WAS HOLDING A gun TO HER HEAD just TO WORK. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOING TO SURVIVE Chipotle or Starbucks. And it would be because of her. Get HER AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS! your reviews go up. Keeping her hired. Will be the reason ya’ll close down. I really tried. As someone born and raised here. I wish it was better! I recently visited the 10786 US-441 Bellview, Florida . I entered the establishment with them having over an hour before they closed for the night. First of all no one was in front counter or anywhere in sight but I did hear an employee screaming they could not wait to go home and smoke their weed. I then spoke up and an employees first remark to me was she only had a few pieces of mild chicken. I didn’t want chicken, I wanted tenders so I asked her could she check. She gave me an idk look when I said I don’t want cold food . Then asked her why were they not fixing anymore chicken for the night she said because they were cleaning to close which I understand completely. There was no real customer service and there was no one in drive thru or inside. She did not seem at all eager to serve me or do anything for me so I told her don’t worry about and she just walked off. GREAT SERVICE POPEYES!!! Not really this service was horrible and unacceptable. Customer service is dead at so many places today

I am extremely disappointed with the Popeyes location on Pine. The service is consistently poor, and the overall management appears ineffective. Employees regularly display unprofessional attitudes, including making inappropriate comments over their headsets. There is also a lack of urgency and organization, with staff acting immature while customers are simply trying to get their food and go home after a long day of work.
Using the mobile app is especially frustrating. I drove 18 minutes out of my way, only to be told to park for a mobile order, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. This location seriously needs better management, customer service training, and accountability. Please do better.
