I had arrived at 12:50am as the store was supposed to be open until 2 AM, but employees had already shut everything down and were refusing customers.
If you look at their UI screen in the center of the picture, it clearly states 12:48 AM. On the window the hours clearly stay open until 2 AM.

I placed my order via Taco Bell app. Even though this prints a very clear list of items ordered for food preparation employees, they missed several items and there was no sauce on anything, nor was the taco sauce I ordered was included. There were at least five people working and still had to wait in the drive thru line for an hour. Very dissatisfied with service & food I received. I definitely will not be recommending this Taco Bell.

Taco Bell Review – A Surprisingly Great Time!
I recently stopped by Taco Bell and decided to try the Mexican Pizza—and wow, it did not disappoint. The flavors were on point: crispy layers, seasoned beef, melty cheese, and that zesty sauce that ties it all together. Honestly, it was delicious and way better than I expected.
All the food I ordered was fresh, tasty, and didn’t leave me sprinting to the bathroom right after—always a good sign when it comes to fast food! Everything sat well, which is more than I can say for some other places.
Also, shoutout to the Baja Blast (or as I like to call it, the ba-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha blast)—super refreshing and the perfect drink to go with the meal. It’s basically a tropical vacation in a cup.
Taco Bell, you nailed it. 10/10 would hit the drive-thru again.

came at 12:51 last night (friday night/Saturday morning) and was closed. extremely annoying considering theyre supposed to be open til 2 am & had no signs posted, just dark & empty and i drive extra just for this taco bell after my long 12 hour shift

I ordered throught the taco bell app and it took my money and then told me I had no order I told the cashier and he told me there is nothing they can do even tho I paid for the food was told they wouldn’t make it so then I had to wait 30 minutes and fight to get my money back when I got it back I went back through the drive through and asked if I could order the 5$ box that you get on the app and he said yes but then wouldn’t let me customize it at all when I asked why they were rude and didnt even tell us why this place has gone down hill so much so that you cant even order on the app and have it work much less get the employees inside to do their job properly. Do not come to this taco bell go to legit any other taco bell in lincoln

I am tired of the contaminations I keep finding in food. Do better, and maybe address the people at the counter.
I use the kiosk so my order doesn’t get messed up. Only to get ignored at the counter when I need my cup.

I get off work late so I come to this restaurant on the way home most nights. It’s always really busy but the crew seems to get through everyone quickly and with a smile on their faces. I’ve never personally had an issue with any of my orders and the food is always hot and good. Highly recommend this location.

6 people working and we are the second car in the drive thru. They take our money and ask both cars to park. After 15 mins of sitting our food comes out. What are we doing here, its a drive thru. Only 2 of the 6 were actually doing what they are supposed to. The others were scrolling their phones and messing around. If you want “fast food” dont come here

Food was very cold and disgusting and so was the manger when I returned to get my refund. I was treated horribly. No hospitality, no “ I apologize can I remake this? “Simply a snobby attitude from the manager Keith, grabbed the food with an attitude and trashed it. but I do thank him for returning my payment back to my card . Food looks great on the menu but this location simply doesn’t care about quality food, customer service, food appearance or presentation! it’s like they just slop your food together and throw in a bag! smh awful! It’s sad because this location is the closest to me. Smh 🙁 Try your luck at other locations ! Don’t eat here !
